Stopped by to have my iPhone checked out as I wasn't receiving any sound on incoming calls. George greeted me with a smile and in less than 5 minutes my phone was fixed and I was on my way. I highly recommend George at Phoenix Phone Fix for any of your iPhone repairs. read more

I chronically drop my phone & recently dropped it in a can of paint.. I didn't think it was salvageable! I found Phoenix & decided to go there because of the reviews & they were so accurate! George is the most friendly & professional person I've had the pleasure of doing business with. His customer service was spectacular: kind & clear. He was able to fix my phone same day & it came back looking brand new, he even put a new case on it. I was in the midst of packing a 26' U-Haul so he took the liberty of dropping it off to me on his way home, & even turned around to go back to the shop to make 1 final change before bringing it to me. To top it off, the price was so reasonable for the quality of work he did. I couldn't recommend George more & will be referring anyone I know in need to him! Thanks so much George, I appreciate you! read more

Looked on Yelp for reviews on places to get a phone battery. After several quotes from repair businesses, I decided to go here. I'm glad I did. Owner is very engaging and let me know exactly how long it would be to get a new battery. He even checked his inventory prior to my arrival to ensure that he had the correct battery in stock. I left my phone with him to run an errand, and when I got back, my phone was as good as new. He even showed me where to check my battery capacity. Excellent service and pricing. Highly recommend! read more

I'll start off by saying that I'm a return customer. Last year, George replaced an iPhone screen for a great price which I needed for a trade in and it was flawless! This year, I came back with a not-so-common Android phone model with a cracked screen that George hasn't worked on before. He warned me about the possiblity of the fingerprint reader not working, which was a risk I accepted. I provided my own screen and George completed the repair in about an hour after diligently answering all my questions (the fingerprint reader did work!). Needless to say, I was very happy with the result. The Phoenix Phone Repair is now my go-to place for phone repair. I'm happy to support a small business in the process. read more

Fast service with exceptional prices. I strongly recommend you bring your phone her first instead of being overcharged at big phone repair shops. I will definitely be back if I have any iPhone issues, also have me some advice on the hardware, 5 start review!!! read more

Amazing service. The technicians are great at repairs. I've been here twice recently and will probably be a regular customer with all the devices we own. They fixed the small camera glass on my iPhone 12 Max which other stores could not do. They also removed a broken headphone plug from the jack on my son's iPad. Every time the service is quick and pricing is very reasonable. Highly recommend them. read more

Phoenix Phone Fix - Broken camera on my phone. They fixed it perfectly. - Mobile Phone Repair Near Me - Tampa, Florida

Amazing service and quality. George helped replace my iPhone glass (was broken from dropping it) and also replaced my battery (battery was depleting aggressively due to age of the phone). I would definitely be coming back for all my phone repair needs in the future. The establishment has a waiting area and very clean but you won't wait long since George is very fast in getting your phone back in service. He was so quick that I didn't even finish half an episode of what was on tv in the waiting area. :) Thank you again for the friendly and quick service. Everything was as we discussed and prices are very reasonable! read more

What great service! The owner is so friendly. He does a feat good job and is quick. He also has a TV and Xbox so you can use that while you wait for him to fix your phone. I will definitely go back for on my phone needs from here on out. I'm so glad I found the spot! read more

Just had to write a quick review of Phoenix Phone Fix. Went in today thinking my phone was ready for the boneyard and needed to be replaced. George, the owner assured me that wasn't the case and within 20 minutes he had my phone as good as new! Truly an HONEST MAN! I will only be going to Phoenix Phone Fix now. read more

I am beyond satisfied with the work that the owner, George does! I needed a hardware fix for an iPhone rear view camera as I accidentally dropped my phone on the ground and the camera and flashlight weren't functioning. I was looking at multiple other businesses, but the price here couldn't be beat. I called and left him a message asking for a quote on the repair I needed and he responded quickly via text. Next, he called me back shortly to inform me that he has the parts I needed at his shop after checking his inventory. He offered to do the repair at a lower price he initially gave me since he just wanted to sell it and didn't have a need to order another part. I was sold! When arriving and entering his shop, he was very welcoming and kindly told me that I could wait while watching TV or even play the Xbox, which was really fun and entertaining. He has hand sanitizer readily available in the entertainment area to ensure everyone remains safe and clean. While George was fixing my phone, he was conveniently out in the open and his work table is placed outside in the common room so you know exactly what he's doing with your device. He even talked through some of the repair process and let me observe his work a little bit. It was pretty neat to see the little details of my device while learning how it works. The repair itself took no more than 15-20 minutes, it was so quick and everything was good as new. Super happy with the work he did on my phone, I will definitely be coming back for all my future repair needs and he is one of the best in the business!! read more

I was referred by someone to come here for the cheap prices! It's a 2 hour drive but George makes it worth it. He's very nice and gave amazing customer service. We had a minor issue after the phone repair but he fixed it immediately. Even though we had to drive back for it, it's worth it for the price. Ubreakifix was charging 220$ for a digitizer replacement alone and I got my digitizer AND my cracked back screen fixed for a lot cheaper. I definitely recommend coming here! read more

George was awesome. He was super responsive to my calls and texts. He was extremely transparent through the process of fixing my iPad Pro. He replaced my screen at a reasonable rate. I would absolutely go back here if I need anything replaced in the future. read more

5 Stars!!! I recently visited Phoenix Phone Fix after cracking my phone screen. For first impressions, the establishment was bare and minimal, but that's where the criticism ends. The owner, George was super friendly and welcoming. He fixed my phone in under 20 minutes and for $65 (special). You can't beat that! Give Phoenix Phone Fix a try before going to your Apple store and enjoy the savings! Also, he fixes more than just phones. Call to see what he can do for you. read more

I've had iPhones for over 10 years and for the first time dropped my phone in just the right way to really crack my screen. Found Phoenix on Yelp and requested a quote. Very nice an efficient as well as the best priced when I requested quote through yelp. Much recommended. He also offers guarantee

Was skeptical that this place only has 5-star reviews, but after getting my screen replaced today I understand why! I was a little sketched out by the location - it's in an almost completely unmarked building with the blinds drawn and an open sign. I snapchatted my location just in case. BUT, upon entering, George was super friendly and full disclosure about prices and work done. I sat and watched Real Housewives in the waiting area for the short 20 minutes it took for him to fix my screen. He didn't just stop at fixing my screen, though; he also quality checked my phone and noticed the sensor that tells the phone to turn off when you put it up to your face (I'm clearly not familiar with phone jargon) was not working, which was true. He checked to see if it was the sensor or the light filter and, turns out, it's the sensor. He is ordering the part for me and I am coming back later in the week to get it fixed. I didn't even come in for that, so this is amazing! If you go anywhere else, you're seriously missing out. This is a LOCAL business, AFFORDABLE, and FULL DISCLOSURE. You can't do better than this anywhere. Thanks again, George! read more

This guy has the best prices in town hands down, I walked in and I was out of there in less than 20 minutes. He fixed my iPhone screen for $35, and offered to give me a free case. Amazingly perfect transaction! I highly recommended Phoenix Phone Fix! George is so friendly and knowledgeable and fixed my demolished iPhone screen in 10 minutes at the best price around! He has a very convenient shop right off I 275 with lots of easy parking and he even has a huge waiting area with entertainment for his customers ( big screen tv and gaming equipment). I felt very safe going in even under this covid environment we are all unfortunately in. Just an overall great experience. George stands by his work and I will certainly look no further when the need arises again. Very highly recommended!!! I HIGHLY recommend getting your phone fix here. Great customer service from George. He is super friendly and very welcoming. Plus, you won't be bored out of your mind if you decide to stay and wait because he has an entertainment center that's open for his customers to use. Very thoughtful. Also, he works fast and gives you an update as soon as he finds something that's wrong. My phone was done in less than an hour and it only cost me $65 or $67 for a screen repair. He also fixed my TouchID and front camera and didn't charge me for it which I'm very thankful for. read more

Saw the price and was so excited to have my screen fixed here. I went into the shop and it took about 1 hour to fix the phone. Cool inside! However, later on after examining my phone screen I noticed two mini scratches in the screen. Normally I wouldn't bother complain, however I paid for my screen fixed so I would like it fixed properly. I contacted them and he came to my school and told me he was going to fix it. (Great customer service). About an hour later, he brought it back. I took it and noticed that the screen had a pink tint and wouldn't properly type. I called him back again and he said he would change it again. He took it and about another hour later he brought it back. I checked the phone in front of him to make sure everything was working so that I wouldn't have to call him back again. I tried typing in my password and it wouldn't register, he tried and it still wouldn't work. He said he had no more screens with him in the moment, that I should bring my phone into the shop to get another screen. However this was inconvenient as I go to University of Tampa, which is far from the shop and don't have a car so the $45 uber ride there and back is not an option for me. I asked him to put back the screen that had the small scratches but to give me a refund. He did just that, and my phone has been working fine ever since until two days ago. My phone stopped charging, and I cannot hear the opposite person on a phone call. Its not my charger because my friends use the it and it works fine on their phones. Now I have to spend another $1000 on a new iPhone 8 Plus because my phone is now damaged. Yes, the price $73 including taxes, is a good reasonable price, but NOT NOW considering the fact that I have to spend 13x that amount buying a new phone. Disappointed. read more
