I went to Phones Plus Computer Repair in Plant City Florida because my Iphone Xs Max needed a replacement battery. The battery was at 84% efficiency. I did a search and Phones Plus Computer Repair was the closest to me. I must say Enrique is the best. He's very knowledgeable and patient with me. I am suffering with Bell's Palsy and I have trouble talking because of it. There was no judgement at all. I am from NYC and there is a place in Forest Hills Queens I used to go to which is similar to Phones Plus Computer Repair. I went there for close to 10 years. In the past, Living in Florida, I used to ship my ipad or iphone to them in New York however, I had to pay for shipping sending and receiving. It was costly using UPS ground. I trusted the place in NYC. I will be a repeat customer. I felt taken care of. The store was immaculately clean and everything in it's place. I loved it. I have been to a few other place in Plant City and Brandon and the service is not as good as Phones Plus Computer Repair. The other places said that I'd receive and call and there were no calls and no texts. I had to reach out to them which was annoying. Enrique texted me.
