They just need to go out of business their very unprofessional even the so called " owner/manager " I went to their store to get my baby's screen repaired after 5 hours of waiting they said my phone had to be rebooted but I know how to do it myself so I went home and tried it . It didn't work . So I went to apple . Apple told me they couldn't fix it either and that whoever fixed the screen damaged a piece in the inside . So I called cell tech to request a refund and possibly a discounted phone for breaking mine . And this Indian/ Arab dude ( I'm not racist ) told me that I should call " Donald trump " and ask him for a free phone . Like ??? And got the nerve to call me crazy . I'm already in the police system so I didn't want to go to jail but when I called the police they had me trespassed instead ! But I'm the victim who was just scammed !! I should've read the reviews bc it's sad that I'm not the only one they done this too !!! read more

I prefer to always write positive reviews and avoid ever making a local business look bad but my experience here was a nightmare. I know it's been a year since the incident and maybe they have new staff/mgmt. if that's not the case I advise coming here. I came here on 4/16/23 around 6pm to have my phone fixed since it wasn't powering on. The associate said he needed to keep my phone to diagnose what was wrong with it. He told me to come back in 30 minutes. When I did the door was locked before close and after 30 minutes of knocking and calling them there was no answer. I was without a phone for the whole night and had no clue what its status was or where it was. This was inappropriate and unprofessional. However, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. The following day the I spoke with the owner using my work phone and he stated that the reason I was locked out of the building was that his brother who was the staff on duty had to leave early. He also said that he did not get a chance yet to look at my phone and would get back to me later that day. Regrettably he did not call me back. I called him again that day and he said he tried to update the software which I didn't give him consent to do. My passcode and iCloud password is required to do any software updates on my phone. I did not hand off to him my passcode or iCloud password when dropping off my phone so either he was giving me wrong information or he hacked into the phone. Later in that conversation he said he opened up my phone and thought it would be a motherboard issue that would be causing the phone not to power on and that it would be a very expensive repair. Saturday morning I called them again to ask for an update and they said the phone was still not repaired nor looked at. Since I use my phone for work I trusted that they would have it fixed in a quick fashion but since it was not I asked them too cancel services and return my phone back into my custody. They said they would have to charge me a $45 service/holding fee. I told them I did not consent to that or sign any paperwork. Furthermore they stated it was written on the wall and that holds the customer liable to pay the service fee. Mind you, there are many posters and signs decorated all over the lobby. I did not see a sign on the wall nor was I notified of a service fee when I dropped my phone off. I was in the building for 20-30 minutes and browsed around the store on 4/16 and did not notice a sign. Even if the sign thing was a case, a responsible associate should have told me before dropping the phone off. When I told them I needed my phone back today they said I cannot have my phone back until I pay the $45 fee. I told them I would have to seek legal advice then the associate and his manager were laughing in the background and said they would hold my phone until the service fee was paid for. They also mentioned it would take 2 weeks to fix my phone. I told them about the Thursday incident where they locked me out of the building 35 minutes before close and they questioned my judgement and if I was of sound mind. I also told them that I want my phone back and will not be paying for the service fee that I did not consent to and they again started laughing at me. I do not have my phone yet nor is it fixed. I had to call the police to seek assistance in getting my phone back but they stated they could not intervene. I also attempted to file a police report but they said they could not get involved because it was a civil issue. I filed a report with the Better Business Bureau and the State Attorney General to have the matter investigated. After 4 days of being without a phone I had to purchase a brand new phone with wireless company. I understand that companies have policies but from day one they were nothing but from day one they were not adhering to their own policies. The service fee should have been waived since I waited outside on 4/16 knocking on the door for 45 minutes and being left in the dark for 3 days. I Furthermore, they said that if I don't pay the service fee after 3 weeks that the phone automatically belongs to the as written in their policy. None of which was disclosed to me nor signed off on. My phone contains private and sensitive information. This business now owns my property and there is nothing I can do about it. Again, these were terms and conditions I did not sign or agree to. If there was a sign it should have been pointed out to me or verbalized to me when I dropped my phone off with the associate. I am sure on a normal day this company is a good one but a customer should never feel unsafe when speaking with associates or leaving their property with a company. I hope they enjoy making money off of the phone parts from my old phone that they now own. read more

They make us feel so comfortable and we know they won't let us down. We have fixed our iPads here and phones and they always return to us perfectly! Went in to get my phone rebooted and my phone was given back to me cracked. Ask for them to fix it and then when they gave it back to me the button on the screen wouldn't click. Screen wasn't working properly. Took the phone to the Apple store and they said that whoever "fixed" the phone shouldn't be fixing phones. They showed me how everything was lose. There was no screws or any covers to keep everything in place. Pieces were dented. Wouldn't recommend anyone taking their phone here. read more

Buyer beware when you go into the store of their return policies. I went in there and purchased what I thought was a brand new cellphone based on what the young lady at the front counter told me. I very naively paid for the phone before I even looked at it which was my fault. I have been there before so I didn't have any reason to question it. The young lady handed me a cell phone that was clearly used and when I questioned it she said that it was not however there are many scratches all over it. Upon further looking into it the phone is actually from 2017. I stated that I wanted a refund she said that she could do an exchange and offered me some phones but it would be an upcharge. I was told I would get a call back regarding the issue and I did not. I will definitely not be back and let friends and family know the same. read more

I REALLY want to leave this place a good review because they guys who run this place have brought my phone back from the DEAD, more than once. I shatter my screen, or drop my phone in liquid WAY too often and they always fix it for me even when I feel like it is beyond repair. They are awesome and I really want to give them five stars, however they lack professionalism. The second time I came there to get my phone fixed, no one was in the shop and we waited 30 minutes for someone to get there. He was able to fix my phone in 15 minutes. Today, my phone screen is yet again shattered and at 10:20 there was no one in the shop. It is just not very professional to not have people there working during posted hours. If they were open today they would have gotten my business, but I don't know how much longer I can be a patron in a place that I have no idea when they will be there. read more

BECAREFULL!!! When they say it's "NEW" it's really NOT. I wanted to buy an iPhone and I seen one of their phones, it was obviously screen replaced (I'm certain about 95% of their "new" phones are screen replaced if not all) but they kept saying it was new when it obviously wasn't. It's the same with the location in wimauma. And keep in mind that they still charge the same amount of money as if the phone would actually be new. So if you want an actual new phone don't buy anything from here, buy it from certified and reliable stores. Also their cases and screen protectors are pure shit! Awful service, I bought a iPhone on Dec.and only work for 2 month went back so to see if they can fix it or exchange and the guy said they couldn't fix it that the phone have apple warranty and I ask if they can exchange or I upgraded and pay the difference and the guys said know. Wish I could give a negative rating, they truely deserve it. Mike replaced the battery on my phone. And didn't shut the phone off BEFORE taking my SD Card out. So, he wiped out all my pictures. Things that I can't replace, the only copies in existence. I asked about the card BEFORE I left the store, and the girl LIED and said it would fix itself. 2 days later, I called store, the same girl didn't even apologize for the issue, and she knew who I was..she said she remembered me..
