I am not one to write reviews unless a place is extremely good or extremely bad. My experience at RHEMA Cellular Solutions was EXTREMELY GOOD! CHARLES was incredible! HONESTY, INTEGRITY, and PERSONABLE. My cell phone screen went blank all of a sudden with my wifes grocery store list on it. Charles gave me all my options some of which were not cheap. He told me that before he would do any of them, he would try a little trick that may work. He was able to temporarily make the screen appear and then he personally wrote down EACH of the 50 items on my wife's list. I was then able to go to the store, get the items , and return to see if Charles was able to fix my screen. AMAZINGLY, he FIXED IT! What he charged me was way less than I thought it would be. UNDER PROMISE and OVER PERFORM! He could have done the more expensive solution just to make a buck, but he fixed it without having to replace the entire screen. That's being HONEST! My I-Phone battery had been dying within 3 hours of use. Stopped by this place to see what they recommended and had the pleasure of meeting Charles the owner. He let me know that yes in fact the battery was shot and replaced it on the spot for only $50!!! I had called a few other places and they all said it would be at least $75. On top he explained that most repairs on our phones cost less than the deductible on our insurance plans.When I got back to my store I asked my wife to check it out it was true. $12 a month plus a $150 deductible. Needless to say we cancelled the insurance and can guarantee you that if I have any issues in the future I will be heading back here. Great guy with great prices and he's not a chain. read more

We needed to repair a cracked glass screen on my wife's iPhone XS Max. Highly recommend Rhema cellular solutions. I was in the need of a diagnosis on my iphone. After Charlie took my phone apart, he quickly demonstrated to me that my phone had taken on water and the motherboard was fried (I did spill water on it). The phone was not salvageable. Luckily for me and I was in a hurry to get a new phone as I am leaving town on Monday and my warranty was expired, Charlie had a number of used Iphones in stock. His prices are competitive and I left with a new (to me) iphone XR, service tested, with glass protector, charger and a case...a very happy customer. read more

Not only was Rhema the best-priced option but they were incredibly friendly and had quality work done very very quickly. It's probably difficult to compete amidst all the emerging chain repair shops but places like this just go to show your money is best spent supporting local businesses. I brought in a small laptop that was not operating. After examining the outside of the device, the technician noticed a mismatch between the flat top of the case and the rim of the case. He realigned the top of the case with the edge and restored power to the device. I'm very satisfied that the technician made an initial assessment and followed up with his knowledgeable correction.
