While I am somewhat technical, my 79 year old mother is not and diagnosing computer problems remotely can be challenging. So after she started getting an error upon boot up indicating that her hard drive was failing, I looked on Yelp for a computer repair place close to her house and sent her to Qwerty.
If they were dishonest, they could have taken the computer for few days and told her she needed a new hard drive and charged her a couple hundred bucks. She wouldn't had any idea and with me not being there, I would have had to take them at their word, but instead they found and fixed her issue on the spot and didn't charge her anything at all. They certainly should have charged her *something* for the time, effort, expertise and availability, but they did not.

Computer and car repair seem to have this issue a lot, but these guys are quick and honest so you can't ask for anything more than that. They have earned my respect and loyalty! read more
