I must say this design he came back with was not anywhere the quality we were looking for, super basic, it obviously appeared not much thought and time went into this. If your company is looking for great graphic and layout design for your website, it might be a better idea to go to another agency that specializes in Website Creative Design because this was not worth the price or results they are charging by far. After having a conversation with Tim, we both agreed to that this was not a good fit and that he would issue a refund. Great we both lost time but lets move on is what I thought. What Tim and Deckard and Company forgot to mention to me after waiting for our refund check, was that Deckard Company was withholding $400 for his time! I have since contracted with a new website design agency and they have done a fantastic job from start to finish. Also our new design agency stated that Deckard & Company was wrong to recommend that we purchase a new hosting account for our new website instead of using our existing website hosting account that we already owned to host to host both sites, we spent/lost another $230.00 on top of the $400, on a new host we really didn't need to purchase from Deckard and company recommendation, also we lost 3 weeks of our time. I believe that Deckard & Associates believes that their time is more valuable than ours. Beware!!! This is not high end marketing creative company by any means as they portray to be.
