I'm so glad that I found Arthur because he was amazing: not only was he able to get back to me quickly, but he was very transparent about pricing and his process which gave me the confidence to approve his services. I was able to make an appointment for an in-home diagnosis and he arrived on-time AND with a mask, which was great. The diagnosis was quick and quoted me a timeframe on when I should expect the repair completed. Inside of a week, he called me because the part arrived early and there was an opening in his schedule; he then arrived and repaired my TV within a half an hour. He charged me for a reasonable rate and even recommended settings to my TV's picture quality to increase its longevity. All in all, Arthur was polite, personable, and most of all, knowledgable! His service is efficient, speedy, and affordable (a third of what a comparable brand new replacement TV would be!)
