Christensen Computer Company, was founded in the Suburban Chicago area in 1977 and continues to provide turnkey solutions for our customers throughout the Metropolitan Chicago area, Southern Wisconsin, and SW Florida. We are constantly looking for new technologies in both hardware and software to continue to emerge at a rapid pace, creating limitless choices for businesses today. Meet the Manager: Brian C.
I have been in the computer industry for more than 30 years. I am a graduate of DeVry University in Chicago with a bachelor's in electronic engineering. My first job out of collage was with the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago where I was tasked with maintaining six mainframe computers that ran the currency verification and counting systems. I have been employed with Christensen Computer Company since 1990 where I started as a Field Engineer and in 1995, I took over as the Service Manager. In 2021 I moved to SW Florida where I opened another office and continue to service the IT needs from Tampa to Naples and over to Fort Lauderdale. I work with medical offices where we are working within Hipaa guidelines to secure data. I am A+ Certified in the computer industry as well as HID/Fargo Corp Certified. I have other various certifications earned over my career as well. On Jan1 of 2025 I will take over as the business owner of both the SW Florida location and Chicago area location.
