This guy replaced our laptop with "a comparable model" that turned out to be THREE TIMES AS OLD!! We brought our 3 year old working laptop in for repair because it was slowing down. He told us we needed a new motherboard, so we left it for repairs. A few days later he called and asked who else had worked on our computer because when he opened it up pieces fell out. We told him that he was the only person who had ever worked on our laptop. He told us he could not put it back together but we could either take our computer back (now in pieces) or accept a comparable refurbished model as a replacement. We were leaving town and needed the laptop so said we trusted him and took the replacement. Less than four months later the replacement laptop died. We took it to Best Buy and were shocked when they said it was over ten years old!! Had we been told that Paradise Computer's idea of a "comparable model" was something made in 2011 we would have never agreed! I will let you form your opinion of how this man does business. read more

Just brought my HP laptop into this shop, would not power up, got a fan error on boot. Paul, owner & operator told me he would take a look at it and get back to me the same day. A few hours later he called and said that the fan just needed a good cleaning (and I'm sure more of it could). Said it had been running for 4 hours without a problem, come on in and pick it up. He said that if there were any repairs needed he would call to let me know what it would cost to fix and go from there. Very honest, up front and knows his stuff. I highly recommend his shop. Knowledgeable. Honest. Quick resolution. Very customer focused. Dropped off my PC and they called me back within 2 hours. The mother board was bad. Although this PC was expensive, it was 4 years old so not worth fixing. I drove back to the business to pick up my PC and he said "NO CHARGE". Computer died over the weekend. I took it to Paradise Computer Repair. I expected them to keep it a while. I expected the bad news that something catastrophic happened. I was wrong. Paul called me a couple of hours after I dropped it off and told me that one of my memory cards was bad. He then told me that, the cheapest way to fix it is to buy a memory card on Amazon and just plug it in myself. He said my computer would run fine on one memory card for now. He charged me $75.00. What a great experience. I will return here when (not if) my computer goes down again! read more

I called them at 10;00 in the morning, dropped the computer off at 11;00 and was able to pick it back up by 1;00 that same day-fully functioning.
