Lisa listened very intently to what I wanted and to my overall tastes. She chose wonderful colors for everything and provided narrowed down choices for the backsplash and countertops which enabled me to make easy decisions. Lisa responded very promptly to every inquiry I had and is flexible with her time, making scheduling an appointment with her very easy. They took a 50% deposit…read more She was supposed to show up this morning with a power washer who would move all of my lanai and deck furniture into the house, as well as power wash & patch any cracks,. She showed up by herself & when I asked (3 times before she answered me) where her peple were, she said it was just her. I asked who would move all the furniture. She said she would- it would only take 5 minutes. I have a 50 lb cat tree, a 3 cushion couch. with 2 ottomans and a table. An outdoor rug, a table and 2 chairs, 2 deck chairs with tables and ottomans, etc. When I told her I didn't think she could move much of this by herself, she told me I was Rude!!! Then she said she was cancelling my contract! Lucretua is unrelaible, and unprofessional.
