    Paid for a Wi-Fi extension in a new build. Was told that everything was included in the price…read more Months later still fighting to have the extender installed was told by two separate customer service reps that it was paid for, was as being told that by the sales rep. Now the company wants $250 for the device to add to the hard wire. Been fighting since October. It is now June. This company does not honor their promises. DO NOT use them. Thank you for responding. The app will not allow me to respond to you, so here is the update... I finally got Tasha in the loyalty dept. I'll see how she does. Until then I will continue posting my experience on any and all consumer review platforms. When the issue is resolved, I will add updates. But people need to know that your sales staff will lie to make sales and that the company is more about sales than honoring what employees tell customers, even when it's noted right in from of them in the call notes. Update: after speaking with Deb and exchanging a few phone calls, this was resolved to my satisfaction. I feel that Tosha and Deb did a good job of listening to the issue and finding a resolution that worked.

I didn't realize they added 4yrs to my contract of 1yr when I PURCHASED cameras from them. I just lost my husband I'm a single mother, caring for my son. I'm also caring for my elderly mother and I'm not working. **I called explained my situation since I've been a loyal client for 5yrs! They won't let me out of a contract they decided to add more time, cause I spent more money buy more equipment from them! DON"T USE THIS COMPANY! THEY DONT VALUE CUSTOMERS!
