I've had my alarm system for about a year and a half now and have had ZERO issues overall with the system. Any time I needed to get in touch with Matt with any questions I've had, he's always answered the phone upon my first call or called/texted back very quickly. He is very responsive. And the equipment and installation cost is very reasonable. When I first requested service, he answered everything without hesitation and installation was almost flawless, but was there immediately after to replace a faulty part and it's worked perfectly ever since. The monitoring services have always been super fast calling me (when I accidentally set off the alarm myself - either noise to the glass break sensor or opening a door without shutting off the alarm first - DUH!). And, they are extremely professional. The pricing for the monitoring services are also very reasonable. I once had a little glitch with the software that was sending me messages hours after I had set the alarm and left home and it kinda freaked me out that it said I had disarmed the system. I texted Matt since it would be a couple more hours until I'd be home again and he responded immediately and helped put my nerves at ease that there was no one in my home while I wasn't there. He explained how to resolve the issue and so far, no more incidents. I am about to call and find out how to potentially further protect the outside of my home with cameras. This is the best alarm and monitoring service I've ever had. read more

Bottom line up front. Matthew is amazing and you should hire him. You know how you get a vibe that someone is going to be great to work with? That is Maximum Security Services. I felt very comfortable having security doorbell, camera and motion detector light sent directly to him. He installed it while I was out of town. Communication was fantastic and it wasn't the easiest job without me being there. My Nest doorbell and motion detector lights were installed perfectly. Thank you Matthew. You will be my first call for all my security camera and motion detector light installs. read more

Called and spoke with Matt, the owner of the company regarding putting cameras up on the exterior of our 2nd house in Dunedin Fl. He explained everything fully, he set a day & time to come and do a walk around. While there we spoke and he explained coverage areas and agreed on a cost. He installed same day and I can't be happier. read more

I could not be happier with the service I received from Matt at Maximum Security Services. Matt is professional, easily accessible, punctual, and friendly. I recommend this company to all of my family and friends. He setup my new Tampa home with a fantastic security system. When there was a minor glitch, he showed up the NEXT DAY to fix the problem. I would give Matt and Maximum Security Services a 6-star review, if it existed. read more

Very professional.. I called Matt at 730am this morning. Without any hesitation he said "I'll be there today". He came to my house within an hour and gave me a quote. He then said that he will be back to install this evening. It is now 730pm and I can say I have a fully installed security system. Where else can u find amazing punctual service like that these days!! Customer for life!!! Marco D. read more

Matt's customer service is above and beyond. He came personally to install my new alarm system on the same day I requested the service. His system is very affordable and efficient. I like how quickly he replies back to my questions. I highly recommend this family own company. read more

I stumbled across the page for Maximum Security while searching for another service. I happened to be in the market for a security system so I checked out the reviews and I was really impressed. I sent an email to Matt very early in the AM and received a reply shortly after. It was really important to me to have my system set up before moving into my new home and Matt went above and beyond to make sure that it happened that way with a short window of time to work with. The movers were literally moving me in as the tech was installing my system. During the install, the tech was unable to install a sensor on my outdoor laundry room door because the door did not close properly. Once I had the door fixed Matt came by on a Sunday afternoon to put the sensor up for me. He's very hands on, I can see why his business is thriving. He is all about service. I would recommend Matt and Maximum security 100%! read more

Matthew was great in helping my mom with an issue she had been having with one of her cameras. She had believed it might be the camera and he figured out that the cable that had been originally installed (not by Max Security) was faulty. He genuinely listened to her, was tenacious in figuring out the issue, and fair with his quote. We highly recommend Matthew as he was quick in both service and response time, but careful to dedicate time to the issue. Thank you Matthew read more

I was referred to Matt from another happy customer. I appreciate that I can contact him directly if I have any questions, or issues. He is always quick to respond and has come out to service my system on a Sunday (less than an hour after I texted him). I love the feeling of security I have with this system and the excellent customer service. read more

I've had the monitoring service and equipment for nearly 4 years. It's been a great experience working with Matt, I have never had an issue. He was always there to answer any questions, even calling me if my power went offline to make sure that I was good. I have relocated to CA, so I ended the service. But I had to share how great the experience has been. The monitoring center is always prompt, even on the times that I accidentally set the alarm off myself. LOL. I would highly recommend this service for anyone looking to protect their home in the Tampa Bay area! read more

We are fairly new to the area. I was referred to Matt & Maximum Security Services. Talk about responsive, customer friendly and outstanding, I cannot recommend Maximum Security Services highly enough. Matt goes "over and beyond" in so many ways. Great advice, great referral network, customer service personified, that's Matthew & Maximum Security. Outstanding! read more

Matt has taken care of my security services for over 7 years now, and his level of service has always been top notch! There are no long term contracts, no unexpected price increases, and if you have an issue he will be on it ASAP. The monitoring system seems to be working just as good as the big names, but without the hassles. Thanks for taking care of me and my family, Matt! read more

Hands down the best security service in the biz! I'm not even sure where to begin with the awesomeness! Matt is beyond professional and friendly each and every time he has come to service the system, lightning fast too I might add! The technology is fantastic- you get an app on your phone that enables you to arm and disable while you're away! How cool is that?! We have used this feature many times with our dog sitter so we don't have to give away the code. It is also true what some of the other reviewers have said about Matt being there after an alarm was set off. My husband burnt some eggs in a pan that set off our smoke detector. The fire department and Matt showed up at the exact same time way before the police had a chance to respond! You just can't beat that customer service! A wonderful company that deserves nothing but praise! Great job from a super satisfied customer! read more

Matt is fantastic! He is incredibly attentive and responds to any questions or concerns immediately. Our system is easy to use, has all the modern technology convenience that we could imagine, and is easy to monitor from our phones even when we aren't home. We did some construction and had to get a new back door sensor and when I realized it and told Matt, he was there the same day to install it. I can't say enough about how great his service is! read more

We made the switch from another company to Maximum Security Services and we could not be happier. Matt Easterly had us hooked up that very day! It's not often that you upgrade a system while saving money every month, but that's what happened. Do yourself a favor and call Matt today. I wish I had done it sooner. Top-notch installation and customer service. read more

I cannot say enough great things about Matthew and his business. From start to finish, the entire process was so simple. We feel very secure now with our new system and are finally sleeping well at night! This was my first experience with a home security system, and it has been amazing! Highly recommend! read more

Maximum security has provided awesome security and safety for our home ! We love the app and control we have over the system right from our cell phone. Matt is great and he cares about the safety of your home and family! He is so helpful with us being new home owners! If you're looking for great security we highly recommend Matt with Maximum! Just replaced my 20+ y/o alarm system. Met Matt owner of Maximum through the South Tampa Chamber. Matt visited my home, surveyed the entire system and put together a great option for replacement. On the day of installation the guys were true professionals, took care of my home and Matt was there during much of the installation. I love being able to check the app on my iPhone and make sure my wife remembered to set the alarm. I also get a text when the alarm is disarmed, let's me know when my son gets home! Great product and great service, highly recommend Maximum Security read more

Once again Matt you are trying CYA! We were with you for 5 years, and as I stated we did not have any problems until last fall. And You did go on a bike ride with your daughter, and our house was never locked by the security because the hand remote would not work for the house sitter. You say you are open for business 9:00 to 5:00 every day of the week. I have never been verbally abusive to you,. You are too busy being rude. You only changed our batteries ONCE in 5 years and when the message appeared the monitoring board, YOU did something from home ONCE and another time you stood at my counter top and did something on you computer and left. You never changed the batteries buckt once in 5 years!!! And the new security company said they had been Disconnected so they wouldn't sound anymore! And while I am at it Matt, after my home and been burglarized and all my jewelry was stolen and my bedroom and bathroom trashed. You sat in my kitchen and proceeded to brag about all the jewelry you wife has. Do you have any idea how you made me feel??? Do You?? How insensitive, you didn't even care. It was like a stab in the heart! You don't think your are rude and arrogant and you think you provided great service, but I am telling you you didn't. Except this criticism and blaming some one else! Or are you one of these people that never take accountability?? read more

I hired Matt and his team to install a security system at my business. I have locations in Tampa, Riverview and Fishhawk. My previous experiences with alarm companies were all negative. So my expectations were low going into the situation. Wow did that change. They showed up on time, were fast, courteous and cleaned up after themselves. The system itself is so cool, it's like playing a video game on the X-box; not like the crappy key pad I had in the past. I have had no problems with the alarm and no break-ins. Thanks Matt Easterly and Maximum Security Services. read more

So Matt Easterly drops batteries in my mail box that apparently go to my alarm system??? He then text me to tell me to install them myself. I called him to ask if this is how he does it with all of his customers. He said "yes, he always supplies all of his customers with complimentary batteries". When I called to get them installed, he told me to find another security company If I didn't like it. I will never recommend Maximum Security. He also uses used equipment he buys from craigslist and e bay for "your" new home security system. NEVER again. read more

One of my camera's went out 2 weeks after the install (incorrect wire used for such a long distance-could not supply power needed). The process to get that rectified was bumpy to say the least. No need for all the details, but it was enough hassle to not want to do business with Matt again. I'm sure that feeling is mutual as I held him to our contract. If you have no glitches and he gets it right the first time, your experience will probably be pleasurable like my first one was. But, in my opinion, add in some glitches and he is not capable of handling the situation. I felt compelled to update my original review. Hopefully, I am just the one off situation. Best wishes to all. read more

I worked with Maximum Security for a security system in my home, that has a second in law quarters. Matt came over and gave me a great design for ensuring that I had full coverage, with 2 partitions, at the least cost. I really wanted to work locally and I am so glad I did! I felt confident that I got what I really needed, rather than the "package" that happened to be on sale, and I am pleased with the overall cost in terms of upfront vs. monthly fees. I wanted to minimize monthly costs and Matt helped me work through the best way to do that. The technician was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The monitoring service has been great to work with as well! read more

Soooo thankful for finding this company. I read the reviews on Yelp as you are doing now. Matt answered my call within an hour of my leaving a message. He was at my house the next business day, and 2 days later I have an entire security system installed & functional in my home. From start to finish - extremely professional, helpful, and understanding of the situations that lead to the need for a security system. Very thankful to them for our peace of mind! read more

Very quick response from my email to them. They were very flexible in finding a time to come out to give us a quote. The quoted amount seemed fair for what we were asking for. Not sure if we'll use them only because we got in touch with the current company providing service. But if we ever need to switch, these guys will be my first phone call. read more
