For the installation he was again right on time and competed the project that day and came back later that day for a follow up and finalize a few things. In review of the cameras and system we had questions and Rich made himself available to come back to the site and work with us on the issues and even performed a relocation of two cameras that the HOA wanted moved. I am extremely disappointed that ADT chose to partner with Google. I do not like the Google Nest…read moresystem at all. It consistently fails to record or capture important footage. For example, it rarely detects the raccoons on my porch or the commotion coming from my neighbor's property, while another camera I own captures all of the activity without any issues. I also have serious concerns about the reliability of Google Nest because it appears that footage is missing or being deleted. This has caused me to lose confidence in the system. Had ADT disclosed that its security system relied on a partnership with Google Nest, I would never have purchased your services. I expected a dependable security system, but my experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Also, the perks they gave her to sign were (intentionally) worthless but made it look like they were giving her a good deal. Signed a 5-year, rigged contract that will cost her THOUSANDS! She can't get out of the contract. Meanwhile, they want to charge $350 an hour for another daughter who needs a small adjustment to a water sensor. One to install a 75" TV on a mount and hiding the wires behind the wall and to mount my 2 Sonos speakers in corners of our house. He came back a few days later to install a Sonos sound bar. Here's an example how he's good and thinks out of the box. I bought the suggested Sonos sound bar mount but he suggested using his since the sound bar can move with the TV once we swivel it. If he used the Sonos mount, it was stay on the wall. He also suggested using the supplied HDMI cord Sonos supplied versus the 3rd party I got from Amazon. From the very beginning, their sales tactics were pushy and unprofessional. The salesperson was more focused on closing a deal than actually listening to my needs or explaining the system honestly. It felt rushed, misleading, and uncomfortable. Once installed, the issues only got worse. The products are wildly overpriced for what you get, and the customer service is even worse. Trying to get help or accountability from their team was frustrating and unproductive. The most concerning part of my experience was when an unauthorized individual was able to enter my home and invade my privacy using the very equipment Vivint installed. This is completely unacceptable for a company that claims to provide security. When I raised this serious issue, the senior representative I spoke with after 8 hours on the phone with employees that refused to transfer me or provide employee IDs, showed little to no concern. The response? A half-assed apology and no real action taken to address what happened. That was the final straw for me. I canceled my service and couldn't be happier to be done with them.
