Contacted this company because my key fobs for vehicle were not working and I couldn't get the physical key into the door lock. Very quick response and they were at my home within an hour to help. Turned out vehicle battery was totally dead (my fault). So I wound up having to have the car opened up, jump start to battery, and key hole cleaned out so that I can actually insert key into it in the future. I also opted to have him repair both of the factory Honda key fobs as the plastic casing had broken over time and they could be best described as "wiggly." The fobs are not only repaired, but the area that gets stressed during use got extra re-enforcement over it. This was not an inexpensive service call for me, but I do think that it was a fair price and a good value for the services I received.
