Now have turned it over to collections for there $130 that we owe them for a service we were NOT receiving . Yesterday the alarm went off and even went to a second level I had fallen and could have used some help getting up. Never heard from them. I had twice before when the alarm was accidentally set off. No call then either. So from the beginning of february to present there was no monitoring done, I was not hooked up.
