Please note- this tech was punctual and personable and knows computers very well and was able to set up my home alarm system - but not thermostats. This caused my house to heat up to 92 degrees one day while I was at work - when you selected "cool", heat would come on. The most upsetting part of this experience is that I begged them to send someone else and they refused and sent the same tech. After spending two hours on the phone with India, he was unable to get this new thermostat to work and thankfully he was at least able to connect my old thermostat until I figured out my next move. I called an AC guy who showed up within a few hours and got everything working perfectly in no time. What's really upsetting is when I asked for my money back, Hello Tech instead reimbursed me for the AC guy's work which was $20 less than their charge. How does this make any sense? You sent someone who couldn't complete the work, shouldn't you not charge at all? I will never use Hello Tech again nor will I recommend them.
