I called and was told it would be between $350-500 to have someone come out to perhaps upgrade the system. I was LIvId! Nobody called or emailed or sent us a letter to let us know this happened. Needless to say we told them we were done. Apparently we were suppose to send in a formal email and we didn't . So now they want their money for the past four months. Don't care we weren't getting monitored. Wouldn't drop it even though we were no longer being monitored by them. Now have turned it over to collections for there $130 that we owe them for a service we were NOT receiving . Manager can't speak to me about it anymore because it is with collections but they say that they don't do business that way so I must have been notified about an upgrade....NOPE!!!! NEVER NOTIFIED!!!! Would be fine paying for a bad service paying for NO service at ALL is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!
