We only found out when the babysitter set off the alarm and nobody called and the police never showed!!!! I have NEVER written a bad review but I must share my experience with Synergy. My HOME, my possessions, most importantly my family was not being monitored. Of course there is no way to tell for how long. I have had them for about seven years. I called and was told it would be between $350-500 to have someone come out to perhaps upgrade the system. I was LIvId! Nobody called or emailed or sent us a letter to let us know this happened. Needless to say we told them we were done. Apparently we were suppose to send in a formal email and we didn't . So now they want their money for the past four months. Don't care we weren't getting monitored. Wouldn't drop it even though we were no longer being monitored by them. Now have turned it over to collections for there $130 that we owe them for a service we were NOT receiving . Manager can't speak to me about it anymore because it is with collections but they say that they don't do business that way so I must have been notified about an upgrade....NOPE!!!! NEVER NOTIFIED!!!! Would be fine paying for a bad service paying for NO service at ALL is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!

They were very responsive to my calls and texts, were able to accommodate a same-day appointment, and arrived exactly at the time they offered. They were professional, respectful, and tidy throughout the process. As it would turn out, the wall behind both of the desired wall-mounting locations was drywall over concrete block which made the installation more complex than expected. They clearly explained the situation, proposed reasonable solutions, and even went out of their way to obtain the appropriate hardware and parts to still complete both installations the way I had envisioned. After all was said and done, I was pleased to find that the final pricing was as quoted and very fair. One to install a 75" TV on a mount and hiding the wires behind the wall and to mount my 2 Sonos speakers in corners of our house. He came back a few days later to install a Sonos sound bar. Here's an example how he's good and thinks out of the box. I bought the suggested Sonos sound bar mount but he suggested using his since the sound bar can move with the TV once we swivel it. If he used the Sonos mount, it was stay on the wall. He also suggested using the supplied HDMI cord Sonos supplied versus the 3rd party I got from Amazon.
