Cracked screen on android phone. Went on a Saturday and was told they had to order the screen and…read morewe had to leave the phone there. Was told it would be ready Monday and they would call us. By Monday afternoon after not getting a call we went back to the store and was told the phone had to be sent out and would be back tomorrow, Tuesday. On Tuesday afternoon we went back to the store after not getting a call and was told it would be back by 5 p.m. We waited and finally received the phone back. Less than two weeks later the screen went blank. Went back to the store and was told the screen was bad and needed to be replaced. Again we were told we had to leave the phone. He said he would call when the phone was ready on Monday, but he never asked for a number to reach us at since he was keeping the phone. Gave him my other cell # and waited for the call. On Tuesday we called and we were asked "what phone." "What was it left for" "What is the model # and serial #." We decided to go to the store and demand the phone be returned. Fortunately by the time we got there he located the phone. The screen had been replaced at no charge and we took the phone with us. I strongly advise against this location. The same clerk is always there staring at his own phone and can't seem to make any repairs at all. It seems that he has to send everything out and then never calls. I give this rating a "1" only because that is the lowest number accepted.
