I found Kirk through a friend and kept his card. I needed him desperately as I had screwed up putting up curtains. I contacted him and he was able to fit me in. He came into my home very pleasant and kind. He not only put up the curtains for me, but also a list of things to be hung and fixed. The first time was during the hurricane milton which broke my water softener and main inlet into the home he made the repair in order for us to have water for drinking and bathing Second time recently it was a leak in the copper piping heading toward the HVAC system. This guy sent a random man to my high rise whom I had never met or spoken with, he showed up with NO TOOLS no supplies to do the job, nothing. He was supposed to remove my dance pole and "forgot" the ladder (mind you, I reached out 24hrs ahead of time!) the man removed his shoes with no socks, very bad odor!! And began to stand on my furniture!!! I kept calling Mark to see what was going on, Kirk has SERIOUS anger issues and a temper. He is very disrespectful. The man is complaining about Kirk and telling me ALL their business/conducts it was too much to process.... He then called Kirk to see if he was bringing the ladder and he begins to SCREAM AND YELL on my phone at the man so loud I had to step out of my BATHROOM IN A TOWEL just to take my phone back and hang up!!! INSANE!!! I have my parents as witnesses and others. On another job he had to come back and fix multiple times he showed up with his daughter over to my home (no big deal) but I was flabbergasted!!! This is not a legit business, he said it was more of a side hustle. I can say so much more but I'm not that great at long paragraphs but I can post vids I recorded this nonsense!! People love to act like they are so professional but in reality are bogus. The second job was never completed and I would not recommend this loser unless you don't mind lack of professionalism.
