I wouldn't work w/ someone that doesn't hold up their end of the deal. I contacted him on Sunday, March 29th to schedule work w/ him for Friday, April 3rd. He agreed to do the work and we both agreed we'd reconnect on Thursday, April 2nd to make sure we're both on schedule. I contacted him on the day we agreed, he then tells me he didn't hear from me and scheduled other work. We needed some work done around the house and used Yelp to get estimates from 5 businesses for the jobs. Yelp made it so easy. I put in the request and received messages from businesses that were interested. Two came in right away and three in two days. Constructing Building Advancements contacted us and was willing to come out to give a better estimate. The others did an over the phone estimate based on the parameters I gave them. I found Constructing Buildings Advancement through Yelp and I'm glad I did. I had contacted several other Yelp business' s for estimates for interior painting of our dining area, family room, two hallways and some trim work. Jeremiah from CBA came out the next day (Friday) and was the lowest estimate out of the three. I agreed to buy the paint and he furnished everything (paint brushes, pans, drop cloths, etc.) else. That Monday he and Bob came to our home at 9 AM and completed the painting in one day. I negotiated a better price with CBA by painting the trim myself as they worked on the main painting project. Jeremiah and Bob took great care in moving furniture, taking down pictures and such; and replacing them after the paint dried. They even helped me finish up the trim work as they were done before I was. The house was orderly and perfectly cleaned up by 4 PM. I will definitely be using CBA again and I highly encourage others to reach out to Jeremiah to see what he can do for you! read more

I had two pieces of furniture from Wayfair to be Assemble and capping on a top-step. I was quoted $150 to assemble one end table and $500 for the whole job. I would never recommend or call this gentleman, and I use the term lightly again. He's in the business of ripping people off. Steer clear of him. I actually ended up putting the furniture together myself and it took me a half hour. If I could've made a choice I would have given less than one star. BEWARE!!! read more

I needed some help with my laundry room project and needed some help from a professional. I needed a countertop cut down a foot and a hole for a laundry sink. Once my supplies arrived at my house I notified Jeremiah. About 2 hours later Jeremiah was on the scene. Very friendly and he was happy to share the tricks of the trade with me, a novice weekend wannabe handyman. My Master bedroom closet said "1989" and when he finished is said "2022 and beyond"- (LOL) - Getting fair estimates was tricky. One guy told me he was busy to check back in June? why did he bother to reply to my query at all I wondered? Another said he would get someone to do the work? Uh No thanks! Two others asked me to text pictures with details and I did. Their company quote was almost double even though I was supplying the paint, tile, and modern closet kit? The other texted me three days later asking if I still needed someone for the project? Whew! Jeremiah gave me a "fair" quote and called within 25 minutes of query.
