Constructing Building Advancements contacted us and was willing to come out to give a better estimate. The others did an over the phone estimate based on the parameters I gave them. Jeremiah Henry came out from Constructing Building Advancements and had the best bid plus we felt comfortable dealing with him as he was knowledgeable and had the skills to do the job. Beams were not sanded as per the contract ( and confirmed by an employee) the crown molding and wood work in front of the home were not properly sealed & sanded prior to painting as we can still see divisions and nail holes. Nor were they painted to our expectations as they lack luster and almost look like paint was never applied. The expense of this project and the disappointment experienced was not of value. We were expecting what we were promised! And for the record we canceled because the project that was supposed to start in March, and that my spouse returned home for was further delayed thus wasting a trip back, and had yet to be completed in June.

Had 4 different companies come out to give me a quotes. After this company owner, Derek, inspected my roof, he called me and repeated over and over there were multiple problems with the roof. I knew something was off when I was talking to him by the stress he placing on the damage. Luckily I had already had 3 other people come out and give me quotes and all were reasonably priced, except Derek from DAC who quoted me MORE THAN 500% (equal to $4000 more) over the next highest quote I received. This company is definitely trying to gouge people and take advantage of the increased "need". Stay away! He's a scam.
