A great job was done. It is beautiful. We needed a window in the TV room repaired and painted. It is back to the way it was originally. Beautiful. Some water damage needed to repaired in the laundry room and the guest bedroom. Both areas are now as good as new. Maybe better. Are you beginning to see the trend? The baseboards into the Master Bedroom were in need of work to make them beautiful again. Now they look like brand new. A wall not on our original list of work was showing some water damage. They completely repaired the wall and repainted it. The fascia board around our lanai was completely repainted. Six requested repairs completed in very short order and the seventh repair, found while the other six were being worked on, was also done. I contacted Custom Concepts Painting to get an estimate for painting our home. It was a green that…read morewasn't our favorite. Ryan gave us an estimate using information on our house from the internet. They have had to use this method since Covid prevented in person meetings. We have moved so much that neither one of us has ever had a house painted! So, this was a big undertaking and it was very stressful for me to pick a color that we would live with for a long time! We did want to meet with Ryan to discuss what was included in the estimate and get help with picking a color. Ryan came out and we met outside to be safe for all. He was very knowledgeable about the process and explained it so we felt comfortable with him. He had a giant book of all the colors of Sherwin Williams exterior paint-making it very difficult. We picked one set but it had green highlights in the sunlight. Who thinks about the colors that make up brown (red yellow and blue which makes red (rose) and yellow + blue gives green highlights). Once, I understood the color makeup, I found a balanced color without green or rosy highlights. Two of the team came out the night before to power wash the house to prepare it and put a sealer on it so paint wouldn't soak it so far and also create a water-resistant layer . The second day, a team of 5 came out. They are a well-oiled machine. Everyone has a different job and they work extremely hard. They all could answer questions and gave me information that was important. Thanks to Jack, E, Miguel, Tiffany and Rodo for the job they did. We're they perfect? There was some paint and tape around after the job was done. The business definitely needs to help the customer by answering questions. But the value for the price was with me getting some exercise in picking things up and cleaning. I would definitely have them back again! Things to do if I ever painted a house again... I would definitely take more time to pick a color. You can get a pretty large square of the color (colors) for body, trim and highlight trim that you're considering and put in on the house to see the color in different lighting and in different locations. 11/29/21 10 photos

Drywall work can be very messy/dusty, but not only did they tarp off all of the furniture in the room, each night they finished they cleaned up every spec of dust. They did an incredible job repairing our wall that got water damaged from a leaking A/C air handler in the attic. Not only did they have to tear out drywall and kill mold in the wall and replace the drywall, they also had to match the texture we have on all of the walls of our house. The final price ended up being more than the initial estimate, but Anthony said right up front if there was mold it would be a bigger and more costly job. I still think it was a good value for the amount of work, their respectfulness, and the way the cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend Anthony for any carpentry/drywall job and will be calling him back for our next job.
