As he was painting, he found an area we had not included that he thought would look better painted, asked us about it, and painted without charging extra. We also said that we would prep the walls. The baseboards into the Master Bedroom were in need of work to make them beautiful again. Now they look like brand new. A wall not on our original list of work was showing some water damage.
