There we decided on a high quality durable engineered hardwood that would beautifully suit our home. Next she came to our home, took exact measurements, gave us a final quote, and promptly got us on the schedule. Within no time she had a professional team there removing our existing outdated hardwood floors and preparing for the installers to come. The following week Ray and Bernie began the installation. These guys are true professionals! They clearly communicated issues they encountered with our subfloor, how they would remedy them, and the timeline to expect each room to be finished. Overall the quality is unmatched, we're very happy with the finished results, and would highly recommend LG Kramer!

The install team worked efficiently, were kind and cleaned up after themselves. LG Kramer really took the time to make sure everything went smoothly. Even after a year, we are receiving great service. Recently we chose to update a bathroom vanity, which left a gap in the flooring. We called and asked if they could cosmetically fix our section and sure enough they had an installer out here quickly and we are back to new. So thankful for Gianna's warm heart and the amazing crews they have helping their clients.

We are repeat customers of Janos Kovacs, owner of Sweet Home Improvements LLC…read more He has done a wonderful job for us in two different houses, in 2013 and again in 2017. We are very happy with his services and if we have any other projects where we can use his expertise, we are sure to ask him to do the work for us. Specifically, we had Janos in 2013 do oak hardwood floating floor installation in entire 2nd floor, approximately 1200 sq feet. He did a superb job at a reasonable price. He recommended and advised us on getting optimum oak flooring and underlay, installed the flooring with meticulous care, on time and on budget. Again in 2017 we had Janos install ceramic tile in two different houses. On both projects he again provided wise advice, helped us optimize our selection, then provided meticulous installation, including concrete foundation underfloor leveling to assure that the ceramic tile floor is smooth, level, and consistent. Finally, he also installed bamboo flooring with same excellent results. Highly recommended for his high quality craftsmanship, excellent work ethics and trustworthy-ness. See his reviews on Angies List, and you will see this common thread across all of his satisfied customers.
