Oleg did not fulfill the majority of the agreed-upon tasks and ultimately deviated significantly from the initially agreed-upon pricing structure. His pricing was extremely high. Additionally, his level of customer service fell below expectations. He showed a lack of professionalism and respect throughout our service call - with both the way he spoke to us and the messes left throughout the office. Oleg stated in his initial reply to my inquiry that he was willing to discuss or come out to my house to see and view the repair job I described. He then, on a follow-up phone call, asked me to text him photo's of the repair site, which I did. He then asked me to measure the materials to do the repair after I originally sent him a material measurement estimate in response to his initial offer to meet and view the job in person. I then suggested he stop by and view the necessary job materials himself prior to going to Home Depot (5 minutes away) to get the materials. He wrote me back and said I was a "difficult customer, that he was 45 minutes away (I didn't know where he was during the calls) and that he had a lot of work lined up." Do not use him. He is rude and and uncooperative and doesn't appreciate any suggestion that may help him more accurately estimate and take a job for a customer. Just stay away from this business.May 16, 2022 On May 05, 2022, I hired Mend & Manage LLC, Handyman Services, own by Oleg Kozhevnik, to perform several jobs at my home located in Ellenton, Florida. For the record I am a 65-year-old man and 100% services-connected veteran. I believe strongly that this is an example of elderly abuse situation. 1. The owner himself "(Kozhevnik)", measured the cabinets and one of them was the wrong size. When he took it back to Home Depot and exchanged it, he charged me an additional purchased charged. (For the record he charged a fee of $85.00 dollars for going to the store and purchased any item needed per required job's), in which I believe that this is a fair charge, but I do not agree that I should be punished and/or be faulty for a mistake made by Mr. Kozhevnik and issues with the items purchased by him. 2. Mr. Kozhevnik will give you a price for a job, but if his has any issues, he will charge you changed the price. And unless you are ready for a fight you should pay him, because this man does not understand the concept of being a fair businessperson. 3. Be aware of his practices in term that if anything goes wrong Mr. Kozhevnik will not take any responsibility and will charge you extra fees weather, he made the mistake and/or the manufacture you be at fault, and it will become your problems. 4. On May 16, 2022, I contacted Mr. Kozhevnik regarding an issue with his purchased and installed kitchen sink faucet with the bottom sprayer hanging and not resetting to the end of the main faucet body. Mr. Kozhevnik wanted to charge me an additional $275.00 dollar for a service call to re-install the new faucet that he wanted me to go to the store and purchased a new faucet because he felt that it was not his fault, but I guess it was mine. (For the record I paid him a total of $2,500 dollars to removed and installed a new kitchen sink, faucet and garbage disposal, 6 cabinets and an additional faucet in the laundry room a total of $4,523.10 dollars. 5. It is my believe that he took advantage of a 65-year-old man and a 100% service-connected veteran, and this is another example of elderly abuse. Additional information, I did not made any threats and if I did call the police, the only threat I will make if he want to go to court am ready. For the record as 5/26/22 I having problems with all of his installations items with faulty sink, faucets and cabinets coming apart. I paid a total of $4,523.10 dollars in cash and in full for a poorly and so call excellent work, if you want to waste your hard earning money just call this unfair business man in which he does not have any concept of being one. GOOD LUCK!
