She showed up by herself & when I asked (3 times before she answered me) where her peple were, she said it was just her. I asked who would move all the furniture. She said she would- it would only take 5 minutes. I have a 50 lb cat tree, a 3 cushion couch. with 2 ottomans and a table. An outdoor rug, a table and 2 chairs, 2 deck chairs with tables and ottomans, etc. When I told her I didn't think she could move much of this by herself, she told me I was Rude!!! Then she said she was cancelling my contract! Lucretua is unrelaible, and unprofessional.

A great job was done. It is beautiful. We needed a window in the TV room repaired and painted. It is back to the way it was originally. Beautiful. Some water damage needed to repaired in the laundry room and the guest bedroom. Both areas are now as good as new. Maybe better. Are you beginning to see the trend? The baseboards into the Master Bedroom were in need of work to make them beautiful again. Now they look like brand new. A wall not on our original list of work was showing some water damage. They completely repaired the wall and repainted it. The fascia board around our lanai was completely repainted. I was nervous because JC painting was the most affordable and we had already paid the other contractor his bid for the full job. I was quickly out at easy when they showed up and had the job complete in two days. They basically re-painted everything and re-textured all the other painters patches. He offered to come back and walk through with us, and promised to come back for any additional touch up. He followed through.
