I can't say enough good things about this company. They installed a beautiful new roof for my…read moremother and truly took care of her from start to finish. They went above and beyond what was required without us even having to ask, and they never tried to nickel-and-dime us with extra charges. Just like Cliff told me from the beginning, they only install one type of roof--the one that's built to Florida code. They don't cut corners or offer a cheaper, lower-quality option. They do the job the right way the first time. It's hard to find contractors who are this honest, professional, and genuinely care about their customers. We're incredibly grateful for everything they did and would recommend them to anyone looking for a roofing company they can trust.

Yesterday I went to our temple for normal maintenance and found some terrible soffits damages may caused by the storm the night before. One piece of soffit fell off on the ground, left a huge hole under the roof. I was so worried and immediately searched online and found C&C Trusted Roofing has 5 stars review on Yelp. I called the number and Olivia quickly scheduled for me. This morning 9:00am Mr. Cliff Sikes showed up on time with his pickup truck. He checked the damaged soffits and said he can fix right away. I was so happy. Cliff not just fixed damaged pieces, he also tighten the whole area and carefully checked every piece by piece and make sure they are all fixed. Cliff did excellent work with his professions and perfectness. I was so thrilled we got the work done today. I thought we just get estimate cost today and may wait for a week to get the work done like other business companies always do. When I asked Cliff how much we owe him. Cliff said we owe him nothing. I was touched almost tearing. For these years I have seen some business people trying to take advantages from us. Our Buddhist meditation center is completely free of charge, running based on kind donations and volunteers free work with no any payments. Cliff said he is volunteer for 20 years for Fire Dept. I reported Cliff's beautiful work and kind volunteer service donation to our Sanghas. Our Sayadaws (our Dhamma & Meditation teachers) are very thankful for Cliff's kind help and gave him and his family blessings. I would 100% recommend Cliff Sikes and his company C&C Trusted Roofing. He is such an honest and decent professional man with kind heart. He has no game, just simply get it done right away. You will be very happy for his work! Thank you so much for your very kind help for us today, Cliff! Thank you so much for your quick and very welcome engagement, Olivia! We are so blessed and so grateful to meet with you all such kind and honest people & Good reputation company C&C Trusted Roofing in this area! May you and all your family & friends be well, happy and peaceful! Sadhu Sadhu Sadhu!!!

Our experience with Pombos started off very hopeful as our neighbor used them two years back with a…read moredifferent salesperson: From the first conversation with Josh Castillo, we informed him we wanted something very similar to their house. I gave him the exact address, description, and dimensions yet each time he sent us a quote it was incorrect. We specifically said 'no flat roof' since the beginning , he quoted us for a flat roof. We particularly measured ourselves a distance of 28 screen enclosure, he quoted for just the existing lanai at 12 feet. And each time he had to make changes, he made it sound like it was our fault that he cannot get the design right . we asked him on three separate occasions why he is not coming out to measure? He said he can pull up all the information online. We are in construction no matter how small or large the job is. Tile work , kitchen , roof etc all needs in person attention to ensure the job is done efficiently and correctly. We would never and the client to send photos or take measurements for a quote , that is part of getting the job. A Large project of footers, pavers, and a screen enclosure should require the same approach in my opinion. We always meet with the customer. To get a better idea of what the job entails, and to completely understand their vision. Josh refused to do calls for the most part, telling me I had to email him . Looking back at my emails and providing screenshots. I have contacted him back in 2021 when my neighbor had their patio done and he gave me the same lazy approach to Sales - refusing to call us back or come out for measurements . His conversations were short and brief, he may be the son of the owner or a relative. I really don't know nor care. But for the owner reading this review - the entitlement status in this company is what is hurting your business. after the 3rd or so estimate (still was NOT getting our design correct also with a 400% price increase of the exact design our neighbor has) we called the office to request a different sales person ...wanting to give this company the benefit of the doubt. An equally young and arrogant sales manager called and within the first two sentences of me speaking. He interrupted me three times almost wanting to argue. My husband jumped on the phone and said we will take our business elsewhere. Some may have had good experiences with Josh, but from our experience in the construction field he is taking an inactive, sluggish, and HANDS OFF role in sales. And mind you, this is a 5 figure job we are paying for. so we will happily take our business elsewhere, even if we have to pay more for less stress .

I could not recommend this company for counter tops. It was not my fault and I had a witness from when the measurements were done who saw where the wall was to be removed and the witness removed the wall. W.E. Int. cut down the wall and redid a floor tile to make the counter fit even though they would not admit it was their mistake. Last year due to a family member's health issue in the middle of a remodel I decided I give them a second chance to do bathroom counter top and new thresholds for showers. First they wanted to bill me for 2 counter tops instead of one. My paper work says the product is quartz and when I contacted them to say the countertop was damaged I was told it was quarzite. I was told they would never have told me it was quartz. Well in fact they did and my receipt says the same thing. The backsplash was most likely broken in front of my house because of the amount of time they spent outside with it. They glued it together and just installed without saying anything to me. I was treated like I didn't know what I was talking about and felt as if I was treated different because I am a female. I asked a couple of times for corrected paperwork with at least the correct name of the product used. To date never received it the corrected paperwork and this was almost a year ago.
