In November, 2018 Couch Brick Pavers installed approximately 300 Square Feet of Flagstone thin…read morepavers on my front porch & adjacent sidewalk. In February of 2019, they were coming loose and Couch reinstalled them. This year I hired a mason to have several others reinstalled that also were loose. Since then, it appears the majority of the pavers on front porch are loose and need to be reinstalled. I have contacted Couch Brick Pavers thru their website contact form twice and also called them & left a detailed message twice - all without even the common courtesy of a return call. These pavers have been down only 5 years and if they'd been properly installed would still be solidly in place. In contrast, not even one of the 900 Square Feet of thin pavers installed in my pool/patio area in 2012 by another company has loosened. Obviously Couch did a poor installation and they don't stand behind their work. 5/29/24 As an addendum to my prior review of Couch Brick Pavers, I'd like to add that Larry Couch sent a crew of four this morning to remedy prior problems I have had. If diligence counts for anything, these pavers should be trouble-free for many years to come. The crew reinstalled those that were loose, totally removed & reinstalled an area that wasn't level with the driveway & that could cause a fall, and finally re-sanded the entire job. They left absolutely no mess behind and the pavers look brand new - thank you, Couch Brick Pavers, for standing behind your work!

Thanks to the craftsmanship of Johnny and Lawson at DUCS we have a beautiful new kitchen. They removed a wall, built a pantry, installed cabinets and flooring, painting and drywall replacement, installed lighting and appliances. Johnny is a skilled craftsman, the custom woodwork he did is beautiful and just what I asked for. They were a pleasure to have in our home during construction and left the space immaculate each day. We did not hesitate to hire DUCS for our garage conversion. Once again we had the pleasure of Johnny as our carpenter, and consistently excellent subcontractors. Our ugly garage became four beautiful new rooms, again finished on time. The owner Joey was very responsive from estimate through completion. The office team at DUCS was always pleasant and quick to help when needed. These projects were finished on time and to our total satisfaction. We will definitely use Down Under Construction for our next project.

I contracted with Premier Pavers last year and purchased their ultimate and most expensive package…read moreoffering two touchup services at an 895 price over the next five years. At approximately 14 months, I contacted the company and requested to pay and schedule the first touchup service I was told by Jennifer in the office who was not the most pleasant employee I've ever spoken with that. I had to wait until September as that was when I was entitled to the first touchup service at the 895 Price. After reviewing the contract in my opinion, the language is ambiguous and does not specifically say I cannot exercise my right to have the two touchup services done early. I would say the fact that they are unwilling to honor the contract at the 895 Price a couple of months prior to their alleged position shows a company that is simply trying to escape the duties and the specifications under their contract. They were most pleasant to work with initially but now a year and a couple of months later suddenly that's not the case I would not recommend premier brick paver restoration company.
