I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Alpha Foundation. From start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional. Tory and Christopher were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. They kept me informed throughout the process, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was completely satisfied with the work. Before calling Alpha Foundation, I received estimates of over $10,000 from other contractors who planned to tear up a large portion of my pool deck. Alpha Foundation fixed the problem for about one-third of the cost, with no demolition, no mess, and the entire job was completed in just two hours. My pool deck looks beautiful! The five-year warranty and annual inspections provide added peace of mind and show their commitment to standing behind their work. If you have foundation or pool deck issues, I highly recommend Alpha Foundation. Their quality, value, and customer service are outstanding, and Tory and Christopher made the entire experience a pleasure. read more

5-30-26 update: Kyle, Anthony, and Chase with Alpha Foundations came out around 10am and replaced the 8-foot beams with 10-foot beams and added another Intelli jack. They were able to fix most of the issues I had been dealing with since the intel jacks were first installed around August 2025. It took almost a year, but Alpha Foundation stood by their product and their work and made things right. As long as everything stays the way it is now then Alpha Foundations and their Intelli jacks succeeded in stabilizing my floors. Kyle, Anthony, and Chase did a fantastic job today they were fast professional and made my floors as stable as they could. They were able to take out a lot of the waves I was experiencing on my floors. Brian Johnson read more

During a remodel, we discovered the wood flooring beneath vinyl plank flooring (yes, someone installed new flooring on top of old flooring) had water damage and black mold on it. There were cracks in the foundation that ran from one exterior wall to another exterior wall presumably allowing moisture to enter the house from below the foundation damaging the flooring. I Googled and found Alpha Foundations. The company had a lot of great reviews. After meeting with the salesperson, we contracted with the company to void fill by injecting expandable polyfoam under the foundation to stabilize our front room, kitchen, and living room. They were able to schedule the repair within 3 weeks. The Foreman Joshua Woodfork called the evening before to let me know his estimated time of arrival the next morning. He showed up on time, explained what he was going to do and got started right away. He took pictures as he made the repair and texted them to me afterward. He injected areas as planned and used his level to make sure it stabilized / compacted with the dirt. He went around every room and the level changed 0.1 (10th of an inch) to ensure stabilization. He drilled the injection holes 3-4 feet apart covering the entire section on contract. The repair came with a 5 year warranty with annual inspections. The company keeps a record of what was recommended and what was done for annual inspections. I highly recommend Josh and Alpha Foundations! read more

I am so incredibly grateful to Alpha Foundations and their professional team! We moved into a house built in the 1960s and some of the floor areas sagged and we noticed cracks in two of our beams under our house. I found Alpha Foundations online and saw Google reviews of similar situations as ours. Cody came out to inspect our house and take initial measurements. He went over the details and his recommendations with us. They pulled a permit and everything was done in less than two months. Would have been sooner but our schedule was a bit hectic this summer. On installation day, Tyler, Drew, Ryan and Ezra arrived on time and explained the entire process of adding 9 IntelliJacks. They were efficient and left the area so clean that you would never know they were there. Afterwards, they went over the details of their work and took another set of measurements. They answered all my questions thoroughly and were so knowledgeable and professional. I absolutely recommend Alpha Foundations for foundation repair or concrete lifting - their customer service and expertise are amazing! Thank you Tyler, Drew, Ryan, Ezra and Cody! read more

Alpha Foundations - IntelliJacks under our crawl space - Foundation Repair Near Me - St. Petersburg, Florida

Everyone I spoke to was incredibly nice and pleasant to speak with. I was surprised at how thorough of their appraisal process was. They provided a lot of product details and explanations. The gentleman the performed the service, Tory F., was very friendly and polite. It was obvious he was very experienced as he described in depth how the product works, the approach he was going to take and why, and even suggested additional tips on what I can do for the surrounding area to help prevent my situation from happening again. 100% an A++ experience and well worth the price! read more

My experience with this company is not good. They took my $4000 deposit but still have not done the work. First excuse was the building permits. I personally went and fast tracked the permit with the county. Still no work done. Can't even get a schedule date. I think this company is an administrative/management nightmare. Makes me also question their engineering ability. Are they just expensive salesmen? Very, very disappointed. Extremely tired of trying to get them to do the work. I'm just lucky we are in a drought or the cracks and gaps would be even worse. read more

What a great company ! From Dean Faulkenberry, certified field inspector, understanding and explaining what needed to be done to level my manufactured home, to the work crew of Greg, the foreman and his crew William ( woody) and Jeff. Got the job completed in one day, the workers showed up on time, were professionals the whole time, not one complaint, just put their heads down and got to work. I cannot rave enough about the company and the aforementioned gentlemen in this review. It was nice to witness that Customer Service is still alive and a priority to this company. Tori and Chris did an outstanding job repairing my driveway and sidewalk. Both guys are top shelf, personable, hard-working, perfectionists. They don't settle for "good enough." They explained what they would do, how they would do it, how the product works, and cleaned up leaving the place looking better than when they arrived. The finished product was outstanding. Jake was the project manager on our property and the job was not a particularly easy one. We had a deck out back which needed painstaking dismantling, some sawing out of wood to get to the house and then a rebuild after the job was done.. AND our property juts up to a creek with a slope...Yup, foundation issues. They showed up on time, worked VERY hard, cleaned up afterward with diligence and were polite to us, no matter how hot it was out there. I really appreciated their work and professionalism. Thank you ALPHA and thank you Jake! I'll recommend you to others for sure! read more

Like everyone else in Florida I noticed cracks on my walls outside but thought oh the house just settled. Then I noticed the landscaping rocks in a small section just dropped about 6 inches. I called right away for an inspection. My fears of a sinkhole wee dismissed thankfully but he did explain to me that over time the outside wall of my garage would eventually drop to the point that the door would bind and I would have bigger issues. The guys that came out to do the actual job were professional and did what I thought would be an all day job in about 2 hours. They replaced soil and would've replanted the shrub if I wanted. They came in and showed me each step so I could see what was actually happening so I understood what was saving my home. Thanks Jake, Aaron and Chuck for doing a fine job so quickly and efficiently. read more

My foundation has been getting worse since I bought my house. I checked several companies & Alpha gave me the best quote and warranty. I spoke to Jake and got the ball rolling and used a promo coupon offered. It took a few weeks to have a permit pulled, as soon as it was the work begun! Kyle, Trent and Woody came in & worked like a well grooved team. Within 3 days they removed old floor, removed & replaced damaged beams, placed new steel beams & placed really cool jacks to lift my house as close to level as possible. I cannot thank Alpha enough for having my back and my house! 5 stars all the way Alpha, thank you! read more

Alpha installed steel beams at my house for stability. I found that they were waaaaay more knowledgeable and professional than their competitors. The estimator took measurements throughout the building and was able to quantitatively tell me how much my house had moved, where the minor sinking had occurred and explain why the cracks appeared where they did; unlike their competitor. Their prices were reasonable for a task that can be very expensive. They don't price gouge. Their competitor's quote was double for a procedure that probably wouldn't be suitable for my needs. They were respectful of my property. They made sure to work around the trees and shrubs offering to replace if damaged. Their work crew were polite and task oriented. I heartily recommend Alpha for foundation repairs. read more

Be aware of who your field technician is and the referrals they make. All seems great once you sign the contract and to be honest the crew was great but when there are issues it's your problem and when you are dealing with a 23,000.00 job you hope someone is there to help you navigate a referral they made to you for a subcontractor who basically and I hate to say it, just sucked...I am happy to communicate with anyone who has concerns or questions as there's nothing worse that feeling disrespected by a company you depend on to do the right thing by you. And when stressed beyond believe and you want to speak to someone who you can elevate your concerns to and you're told at 8pm... they are at home with there families and they will contact you to tomorrow during business hours. ok, my bad for thinking maybe some would want to hear me after spending 23,000$ and the reason it was 8 pm was because the person who didnt show up at 4:30-5:30 showed up @6 and didn't have the necessary equipment to complete the job and by the time I went back and forth with the "field tech" I got the sorry can't be bothered, home with the fam! just be wary. read more

My pool deck was beginning to crack in numerous locations but not bad by appeance. I hesitated due to the cost but glad that I followed through because I couldn't be sure of the real damage underneath the deck. 1st I had a nice conversation with Dean who came to assess the problem. He explained step by step what would be done and why. Dylan and Tory were outstanding! They were on time, personable, quick, and efficient. They answered all of my questions. It took more material than anticipated. So now I can sleep at night knowing my concrete deck is now stable. Thanks Alpha! read more

Dylan and Tory from the Tampa office came out and totally repaired this damaged section of our driveway. They were very professional and courteous and completed the repairs in less than 3 hours. Dylan walked me through the repair. It looks fantastic, we are so happy we reached out to Alpha and are very grateful for the quick response and great repair. The Alpha team came out to our places in Weeki Wachee and corrected the integrity of two waterfront homes. Once all the permitting was resolved they were Johnny on the spot and resolved some very serious foundation issues that have been cooking for 30+ years. Jake was running the operation on all the pile installations and was very competent, attentive and professional. Dylan and John showed up later and polished everything off with some foam to fill the voids. Great group of happy, competent, hard working crew and seemingly very successful business operation top to bottom. read more

Tory and drew were great. I'm pleased with result. Even worked through the rain. Recommend

As new residents in St Pete we were not sure who to call about repairing our large concrete driveway with turn around. ALPHA was prompt in sending over Zach, who gave us a detailed plan with options on repairing. Some of our neighbors have removed and replaced these large driveways with pavers only to have sinking issues. We felt that keeping our concrete panel driveway was the way to go. Dylan and Tory were on the job a few days later. Being an owner in construction / development we could tell right away we had hired the right company. Dylan and Tory started immediately raising our pushed in panels with their foam lifting process and it was amazing. Dylan and Tory also ground out the minor cracks and filled them with the sealant preventing weed growth and further damage. We would highly recommend ALPHA , Zach, Dylan and Tory for any concrete driveway needs. They are beyond knowledgeable and professional! It was truly a pleasure to have them at our house. read more

From the first visit from Matt. His vibes set up the success of selecting this company for my foundation issues. He kept us infirm on the permit process. Finally, the work day arrived. With past history of having issues with crews coming out to do other work. I must say that Jake, Chuck, Aaron was polite, informative throughout the process. Very professional, and must importantly, left the place like they were not here doing any work. They cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend this company for any services that they provide. You will not be disappointed at all. read more
