Since the installation, they have repeatedly scheduled appointments so they could come and address the numerous issues. Each time, my husband rearrange his work commitments and personal responsibilities to accommodate them, only for them to show up, look at the problems, and leave without making a single repair. At this point, it feels as though they are simply wasting his time and showing complete disregard for their customers. My husband had spoken directly with the owner (or the person in charge) as well as her son, and despite countless conversations and promises, nothing has been resolved. The lack of accountability, professionalism, and respect is astonishing. When customers invest this kind of money, they expect quality workmanship and reliable customer service. Instead, he has been left with endless excuses, and six months of frustration.
