Could not leave a message. We understand that the owners wife had a health issue and went to the hospital. We were understanding. We called and finally got a hold of the owner and he said he hadn't been to the office after we were concerned that our check was not cashed. He finally cashed it on January 17,2025. We never received a date for installation and the materials were never ordered. We had our daughter and granddaughters b day coming up on March 19,2025 and nothing ordered. They knew we wanted everything done before March 2025. We requested our deposit back because no dates were set or the materials ordered. Once we wanted to cancel they said we can work you in the first week of March. We did not trust them and hired another company. They were Unreliable at this point. We were very patient! They didn't order the material and still would not give us our deposit back. We understand after the hurricanes they were backend up. No customer communication. They kept over $2600. Of our deposit, didn't give us a date to install, didn't order the materials and we had to call after 10 days of sending the deposit check He cashed our check and no materials or date set! I would not use this company unless you get a date set in writing. We were understanding about his wife's health issue but he was not towards us. They kept our deposit and we are looking into the legal process. We went through a lot with our roof , downed trees and pool enclosure destroyed from a pine tree. No sympathy our way! Avoid them if possible. We understand they have been in business for years but this is not right! We own 2 businesses and we work with our customers and community.

After coming to terms over the numbers, budget and schedule, we hired him to do the job. There was a rain delay of two days because of the summer down pours. The front office called each time and was communicating. They even came out on a Saturday to get the job completed. The crew was professional, communication was great as they walked through the job after completing and went over the details. The craftsmanship was very detailed. I've worked with many contractors and this crew paid attention to the details. Downspouts were placed properly and symmetrical to the house. Gutters look flawless on the roof line. They took the effort and time to make it look seamless. It was a clean installation and the quality is apparent. Had our first heavy rain after the crew left and I watched the system at work. No more runoff. Tight water flow. I researched and had 10 plus estimates done on this project. Josh was professional and wanted our business. This is important as the quality is there when they want the job. Pricing was fair and competitive. I'm actually glad I went with them and not the absolute cheapest as sometimes you get what you pay for. Hire these guys. I gave him the exact address, description, and dimensions yet each time he sent us a quote it was incorrect. We specifically said 'no flat roof' since the beginning , he quoted us for a flat roof. We particularly measured ourselves a distance of 28 screen enclosure, he quoted for just the existing lanai at 12 feet. And each time he had to make changes, he made it sound like it was our fault that he cannot get the design right . we asked him on three separate occasions why he is not coming out to measure? He said he can pull up all the information online. We are in construction no matter how small or large the job is. Tile work , kitchen , roof etc all needs in person attention to ensure the job is done efficiently and correctly. We would never and the client to send photos or take measurements for a quote , that is part of getting the job. A Large project of footers, pavers, and a screen enclosure should require the same approach in my opinion. We always meet with the customer. To get a better idea of what the job entails, and to completely understand their vision. Josh refused to do calls for the most part, telling me I had to email him . Looking back at my emails and providing screenshots. I have contacted him back in 2021 when my neighbor had their patio done and he gave me the same lazy approach to Sales - refusing to call us back or come out for measurements . His conversations were short and brief, he may be the son of the owner or a relative. I really don't know nor care. But for the owner reading this review - the entitlement status in this company is what is hurting your business. after the 3rd or so estimate (still was NOT getting our design correct also with a 400% price increase of the exact design our neighbor has) we called the office to request a different sales person ...wanting to give this company the benefit of the doubt. An equally young and arrogant sales manager called and within the first two sentences of me speaking. He interrupted me three times almost wanting to argue. My husband jumped on the phone and said we will take our business elsewhere. Some may have had good experiences with Josh, but from our experience in the construction field he is taking an inactive, sluggish, and HANDS OFF role in sales. And mind you, this is a 5 figure job we are paying for. so we will happily take our business elsewhere, even if we have to pay more for less stress .
