I contacted this company to do a very easy job and was quoted $50. They were very responsive to my inquiry and text messages however they completely blew me off with no communication from them why they couldn't show up on the day they said they would. read more

I contacted Brian at BSM when a couple of my overhead screens were starting to come loose. He came and showed me that several others were beginning to rip away and we negociated a price to have all my overhead screen on my pool cage replaced. I offered cash payment to lower his quote a little bit. It was higher than others, but I trusted him and hired BSM. With the job, Brian said he would give me a 2 year workmanship warranty, which I have in writing on his invoice receipt. After having to rescheule twice they came and did the job. About 3 weeks ago, about 3 months after the work, we noticed a small hole in the corner of one screen. It seems the screen was cut a little short and came away from the edges. I have contacted Brian multiple times - leaving voicemails and text messages - asking for him to call and set up a day to fix the problem...As of today, I have not heard from him. Even after reminding him of our warranty. He has not responded in any way. I would not recommend BSM to anyone who wants peace of mind when hiring a pool rescreener. read more

needed 19 screens replaced on our pool cage after milton. I had another contractor scheduled for 3 weeks, but found out the week before they were supposed to come that they could not do my roof panel. after seeing several positive reviews on our Riverview area community facebook page for BSM rescreens and checking him out on several other sites, i called him to see if he could fit us in. got fast text and phone response and his install date worked and even improved over the next week. great communication the day befor and day of the work. i had to leave part way thru but my ring cameras showed what hard workers they were, finishing after dark. inspected things after i got home and am very happy with quality of the work. they cleaned up after themselves. our pool cage looks great again. happy to find a licensed and insured craftsman who communicates well and has very fair pricing. totally competitive with 4 other quotes i had gotten. i will be calling him for any other screen work as well as several other work he lists on his business card read more

Had used him before to replace a couple of panels on my Pool cage. Called for a new quote on a total re-screening and was told he would come out that week. Two weeks later, I called him again and he stated that he would come the next day. He never showed and at that point even stopped answer my calls or text. BSM Rescreen and Repairs was phenomenal. Our new puppy had recently destroyed our pool screen in various places and with bushes surrounded the perimeters it was not a simple job. When our lawns guys failed to remove the bushes in order for them the repair the screen they went ahead and trimmed the bushes and got right to work. They were attentive, informed us of any issues that arose with roots, and came up with a solution that fit perfectly. The screen itself was set perfectly and professionally from what we can tell. Bryan and team helped me so much! I hired them to rehang a screen door. Ended up having them replace the screens and hang the door, trim my palm trees & remove a huge amount of yard waste from landscaping work. I also had them replace all the screens on my back patio..
