When they finally began work they did a good job however when I pointed something out that I had asked to be done, all worked stopped until someone could confirm what I asked for. Later, when I asked for something to be cosmetically fixed that literally would have taken 10 min to complete, the sub contractor said to call the company and they would come back another day. It turned out to be another 2 days later. I asked about caulking and he also said, "that's another guy". It took over a week to get someone to finish the caulk job. And as it turned out, it was not another guy but the same sub contractor. What should have been a 2 day job at the most, took 3 weeks to finish. This is what happens when you deal with companies using subcontractors. While the quality of work was good, the customer service was terrible.

This is the first insurance claim I've ever submitted for my home and I will say Jason helped me so much through this process. I'm so extremely happy I chose Jason/southshore. My work hours are long and that lead me to calling and texting at the most random of times. And Jason either picked up or got back to me in a very timely manner. I literally felt like I was his only customer. Having never gone through this process. Jason helped me understand every stage of the entire replacement process. Happily answering any questions no matter what they were or what time they came. His communication throughout put me at ease.
