I've been using Aall Bright for 3 years now to get my house & pavers pressure washed. From the start they provided a good price and had a good discussion on what should be done. They have honored my price each year as well. The pressure washing is spot on and makes a huge difference. They also have cleaned out my gutters when needed and make sure it is cleaned to the bottom (see pictures) and not just spraying some leaves out. They do use a cleaning solution in the water which keeps the mold and other growth back for almost a year, making it easy to have them come only annually despite being in Florida. Updating my review. One of the things I said that was positive about them was that they gave you the price in advance so you knew what to expect. This year that changed. They texted me with a discount offer and I accepted. The exact words were: "HERE'S A DEAL, JUST FOR YOU! Thank you for choosing us for your pressure washing needs. Receive same service again as last time, save 10%! (off regular price) Certain restrictions may apply to any service or discount offered. Discount on same service." When they arrived, after I had completely cleared off my porch in preparation, they did not honor the discount that they had sent me. For my $225 service he wanted to take off only $5 instead of $22. If he had never offered a discount or had offered $5 off at the start, that would have been fine with me. But I don't like being mislead with a bait and switch. (He tried to account for the difference based on the "restrictions" of the offer, but "restrictions" should not be bigger than the offer, and if they are that significant he should have told me ahead of time.) I saw Aall Bright on Groupon and called to clarify a few things before purchasing. They were very responsive and let me know they had even better deals on their website. I bought a deal on their website and the responded immediately to schedule. There was touch and go weather the morning of my appointment and they kept in touch to let me know they would still be there when the weather passed and they were. I've pressure washed myself and it's not easy and took me forever just to do my driveway. They showed up with two men who did my whole house, driveway, sidewalks, vinyl fencing, and lanai in an hour. CAUTION-He made me pay ahead of time- his paperwork says all sales are final and he will threaten you with putting a lien on your house - I paid for washing and cleaning of deck and screen enclosure and poor work was done even after pointed out. I used Aall Bright twice in the past and was very satisfied so I called to have them come clean my paver deck and screen enclosure. Sal and his two man team called ahead and showed up on time. Right off the bat Sal said he would not have enough time to do some of what I thought of as light cleaning in the front of the house so we focused on the back. I had asked that they clean the roof of the patio particularly where the roof and the enclosure meet as this is where a lot of leaves and pollen get trapped. Sal sent a guy up on the roof and said cleaning up there would not be necessary and would save me $100. I was hesitant but said we would look at it after they were done below. During the cleaning I saw the one guy was not getting the few fuzzy green cocoons off the screen and asked them to try and make sure things like that were removed. Sal started to say they may not come up and quickly removed several easily as a watched. After they finished in about an hour Sal had me come out and review. I quickly saw that the screens above the pool looked like they had not been touched. I could see plenty of leaves and pollen that would readily be removed using the correct nozzle. I know from experience as I've cleaned it and had it cleaned professionally in the past. I could understand a pine needle being difficult but not oak leaves and pollen. He said that would either blow off or it was stuck there. There was no mention of a proper cleaning not being possible. I even had my wife out for a second opinion and she agreed it was not right. I have pictures to prove I've had my money taken and was not provided good service. The deck part was fine. Sal should not have taken the job if did not have time or skills to do a good job. I would have gladly paid a little more to have it done right and he talked me out of it and when I challenged the work he wouldn't offer to do it right. I tried to remedy this with him but he says I live under trees and I should deal with it. I'm ok with having to clean leaves off my enclosure. I paid him to do it. He did not tell me he couldn't do it. I took a hose after he left and easily cleared a section. I paid him to have to clean it myself. I have pictures of the crappy job. read more

I do not understand all the negative reviews associated with Aall Bright. Not only was the owner Paul and his team professional and ethical -- they bent over backwards to make sure I was satisfied before leaving. Found this company through a Angie's List "Big Deal" --- they were/are offering $49 Driveway and Sidewalk Pressure Washing. We were starting to grow a little mold here and there on the sidewalk so I snatched the offer up as quickly as possible. This transaction took place on 8/7/14 -- within the hour Paul called me to set up an appointment for Saturday 8/9/14. That is what you call a quick turnaround! Paul and his crew of three men showed up at the time he promised and meticulously steamed the driveway, sidewalks and area by front door. I was super impressed with the quality of work and will be using Aall Bright again. I highly recommend this company and be sure to look for specials on Angie's List if you are a member. Please don't waste your money. The owner Paul was beyond rude. He redeemed my half off certificate & left without completing any work. He didn't bother to say a word. I just stood in my driveway and watched him pull away. Absolutely unbelievable. My husband called him later to ask what happened and he was rude to him too. Customer service is very bad and the person with whom I spoke was very rude, I can't hear very well in english and can't hear a price 250 or 215. He started saying that I am play game with him. Also, he is cheating with prices. Group deal $50 for 2000 sq ft + 0.10 for additional sq f. I have 3032 sqft + 600 sq ft garage. (1632 sq ft additional = $163) and $163 + $50 (Groupon) is not equal $250. Be ware with people who is rude and not respectful on first phone call with customers. After many other "half done" jobs I found Paul and his crew to be meticulous and pay attention to the details which in my opinion is very important. The customer service I am given is wonderful. I am looking to sell my house soon and needed to have it pressure washed to be presentable. I stumbled on Aall Bright's website and they had good deals going on (as good or better than anyone else I found). I left a message and my call was returned promptly by Paul. I scheduled an appointment for 7 or 7:30am thinking maybe they will show up at 8 or 9 but they showed up right on time. I was not at home at the time but they took the time to show my wife possible problem areas ahead of time. They recommended I pressure wash my roof due to some mold build up and when I explained I was selling the house soon and wanted to save money, they suggested just doing the front half and I am glad I did because it made a really big improvement. We used this company several years ago off a Groupon deal and they did a fine job. So we asked them to come out again today and it's a totally different story. We had an afternoon appointment. And thru a miscommunication we expected them at 1. Apparently we just had "an afternoon appointment which means anytime between 1-5". ok, no big deal. So they show up at 2:30 and our nanny went outside to meet them. The gentleman was so rude to her she was almost in tears. Demanded she move her car (i know it needed to be moved, but for Christ's sake just ask, don't treat her like a misbehaving dog). She asked if they could start around back since our daughter was napping and he said no. Eventually he swore at her and drove off without doing any work. They are a service industry - customer service is like 50% of the job, guys. Thank god we hadn't paid any money up front. would definitely advise against using them! This post is intended as an informative post and based strictly on facts. I bought a living social deal for 99.00. I had 700 sq Ft more and a concrete wall I wanted pressure washed as well. I paid an additional 100.00, up front. The crew was out for about an hour and I was on the west side of the house trimming trees while one of the crew members sprayed Chlorine and then proceeded to use the pressure washer to about his knee height and missing one half wall all together. When the head guy told me he was done I asked that he come see the area on the west side of the house. I could wipe my hand over the algae and it came off. Instead of being professional and perhaps showing me that it would not come off, he said, "I am sorry we did not do a good job. Lets Go." His other crew mate was standing next to him. They walked away and I immediately went to living social to share my experience. I then stopped payment on the 100.00 check. 2 weeks later I get a summon to court and 15 days after that I get a certified letter asking for a reason why I stopped payment. You have 15 business days to pick up a certified letter before it is sent back to the sender. He chose not to wait the allotted 15 days. I called him after I received the letter and asked to discuss and he refused. Today we went to court and he wanted me to pay court cost, ATM fees, Mileage, return check fee and some late fee. I tried to make him understand that had he waited for the post master to send him the confirmation of my signature that I received his mail, before jumping the gun and going to the court house, we could have worked it out over the phone and there would not have been all these additional fees. I am certain his crew knew I was not a satisfied customer and I am sure they told the owner about the situation. I never received a call even after the stop payment. In hopes of just putting this horrendous experience behind me and not to utilize anymore of my valuable time, I decided to settle and paid him. I support many local businesses but this one is off the list. I see in some other post that the Owner mentions "as much as we try we cannot please them all."
