DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! Ripoff, unprofessional, and will cost you without fixing problem! The owner Rob sold me a window that wasn't appropriate or would fit properly for my window space. I originally called them, because I had a leak in my prior window. Rob will sell you whether it's good for you or not! The window they installed with horrible installers they contract out so who you get is a crap shoot, had to be retrofitted for my window space by gluing ugly wood to the inside of the window at a price of almost $4000.00 without asking my permission if they could do that to my interior window and left wood cut outs around the crank handles. My house is very manicured and has expensive indoor window trim. This was clearly a terrible job and a window that should not have been sold for my space, but their office manager was very condescending when called/emailed. She said they aren't in charge of aesthetics and I said the wood looks horrible and cheap which she replied it's not cheap wood. The owner never reached out again and I thought I was stuck. A little over a year later the window starts to leak! The same problem I had them replace my window was now happening again due to a bad install! It destroyed my wood floors, trim and area rug. The owner refused to talk to me ever again and said the install warranty is only a year through his employee Levi. So now I had a $4000.00 ugly leaking window. Levi came out to caulk it and implied the rude woman and installers who did this don't work with them anymore for reasons just like this. So they know their installers were bad, but refused to do a thing! 2 people they sent by even said why would they install it this way?? One being Levi said he'd help find someone to potentially reinstall this ugly leaking nightmare , but he too disappeared and never called again. So now I have a bad window, ruined carpet, floors and trim and thousands of extra dollars to spend to fix this because of this unethical, scamming, lying company. read more

Run, don't walk away from this company. They left me high and dry after I paid them for installing two French door. They never scheduled an inspection of the doors. Numerous promises to do so never materialized. My project was never completed. Emails, and phone calls were never returned. I have had numerous projects on my house over the past 30 years. Ruth plz do not spin, nothing here was remedied, there was no down pour? no one came to resolve any caulk issue, or the hard locking issue, you have me mistaken with some other poor unfortunate... beside the above my main issue was the sheer incompetence of your staff never filing the inspection and the run around I received over the phone for well over a month after completion, it wasn't till after calling multiple times and requesting a refund for $275 which you charged up front for the inspection. BTW the actual inspection fee was $168! you OVER CHARGED by $107 and delayed me over a month... and plz dont blame the city inspection for any delays, the paperwork was filed a month AFTER the installation completed and inspected a couple of days later of the actual filing, BTW, inspector had a hard time locking the Kitchen window... with my help I was able to assist in locking, else it would have failed, so, your grade is a "D" passed inspection, barely... I can post pics if you like but not worth the time wasted with your company... never again... read more
