However, they do not communicate well. You have to call to find out when your windows will be here and to get an installation date. Plus, they measured for our sliding doors 3x and the doors were still the wrong size. Doors are finally installed - look great, but there is a manufacturer defect. They order a replacement - it is the wrong size. We are still waiting for the replacement. In the mean time, I still have an open permit because they haven't inspected anything. The trim for my sliders hasn't been installed and is out on my lanai. We signed our contract August 31, 2023 and we are still waiting for the job to be completed. We have paid them, so they have 0 incentive to complete this job.

I selected this company to do the rescreening of my pool enclosure and lanai based on their 5 year warranty. The warranty is worthless if they will not respond to my service requests.
