Even better, my dog loves him and that dog doesn't love anyone but me and one of my daughters. We lucked out from the perspective of weather. No rain the entire day. The dumpster arrived. The crew arrived just after 7am and completed a new roof on a two-story residence by the end of the day. Punch list items and clean up finished the following morning. Price was entirely reasonable and within $200 of the quote despite the crew uncovering some unexpected roof damage. This how a project should be performed. I rarely give 5-star reviews but if my Mutt could vote, he'd give Johnson Roofing another star. Regrettably, no opposable thumbs.

From the first site visit to the last site visit janney provided great assistance along the way. The team was timely, communicative, and easy to work with. It was actually so much less stressful in hindsight than I ever could have imagined. Janney came top rated to us by our realtor. Once we got our build date, everything was so fast! Materials were dropped one day, the work the next; and then the day after that we had a new roof and everything was cleaned up and taken away. Do not hesitate to book this company if you are seeking roof repair or a new roof!

We replaced our shingle roof with a…read moremetal roof through them in 2020, and one of the selling points presented by their salesperson was that the company would periodically inspect the roof as part of their ongoing customer service. That promise gave us confidence that we were making a long-term investment with a company that stood behind its work. Five years later, we contacted Janney Roofing to schedule an inspection, only to be told they no longer provide that service because the salesperson who made that commitment no longer works for the company. Instead, they said they would only come out if the roof needed a full replacement. To me, a company should stand behind the promises made by its representatives, regardless of whether that employee is still there. Customers purchase based on the information they're given, and it's disappointing to hear, years later, that those commitments no longer matter. The roof itself has performed well, but customer service after the sale has been a major letdown. If ongoing inspections are important to you, get every promise in writing before signing a contract. Based on my experience, verbal commitments may not be honored.

After comparing online reviews, pricing, responsiveness, professionalism, and BBB ratings, BFARR Roofing stood out in every category, making them our top choice. From the very start, the process was seamless. BFARR kept us informed with regular updates on material delivery, the start date, and more. We were particularly impressed with Shane Emery, our BFARR representative. Shane was exceptional in communicating every step of the permitting process and other preparations necessary for our project. On the day the work began, Shane initiated a group text with the production manager, project manager, and sales manager, ensuring everyone was on the same page. Throughout the entire project, Shane provided us with regular progress reports, shared photos of the work, and met with us daily to discuss updates and address any questions we might have had. The project was completed with an attention to detail which exceeded our expectations. The work site was left immaculate--no debris, nails, or trash anywhere, and our plants had been carefully protected throughout the process. We cannot speak highly enough of BFARR Roofing, and Shane Emery in particular. The post-project follow-up was excellent, ensuring we were completely satisfied with the job. We wholeheartedly recommend BFARR Roofing for quality of work and value, and also strongly suggest requesting Shane Emery as your representative. I contracted with Gold Key Roofing to do the reroof earlier this year and they did a GREAT job. I had the pleasure of working many of their staff including the following: 1. Trevor Switzer - General Manager 2. Shawn Hewitt - Production Manager 3. Mario Stafford - Superintendent 4. Jessica Graf - Office Manager 5. Alexis Orsini - Insurance Claims 6. Jay Brown - Administrative Assistant 7. Luis - Crew Leader 8. Jay - Carpenter All were very helpful, responsive, knowledgeable and professional. I enjoyed working with each of them as they went above and beyond to make me a satisfied customer. Jessica worked diligently with my insurance company to help resolve pricing differences due to the removal of extra layers of felt paper and installation of additional decking not included in the insurance adjuster's original quote. Luis and his crew did an excellent job replacing unseen rotten wood and took care to clean up the site at the end of each day. I was also extremely pleased with their dump trailer service which took care in the set-up & paid attention to detail including: - Clean trailer in good condition - Large ground tarp protecting driveway - Plywood under wheels to further protect driveway - Wheel caulks - Yellow caution tape around tongue - Safety cones @ 4 corners - Placement close to roof, but clearance for our vehicle to get in/out of garage My neighbor was so impressed with the dump trailer that he stated he wouldn't mind having it parked in his own driveway! I highly recommend Gold Key Roofing for shingle reroofs and repairs.
