The kick plate has helped tremendously to keep the patio clean and free of dust/dirt/debris coming in from the yard and settling on the concrete.

Peter's Pressure Washing sent me a text message to remind me of my scheduled appointment, along with a photo of the technician who would do the work. Jason, from Peter's Pressure Washing took on the job and safely cleaned out the gutters and down spouts. He cleaned up after himself and left my yard looking great! I gave him the exact address, description, and dimensions yet each time he sent us a quote it was incorrect. We specifically said 'no flat roof' since the beginning , he quoted us for a flat roof. We particularly measured ourselves a distance of 28 screen enclosure, he quoted for just the existing lanai at 12 feet. And each time he had to make changes, he made it sound like it was our fault that he cannot get the design right . we asked him on three separate occasions why he is not coming out to measure? He said he can pull up all the information online. We are in construction no matter how small or large the job is. Tile work , kitchen , roof etc all needs in person attention to ensure the job is done efficiently and correctly. We would never and the client to send photos or take measurements for a quote , that is part of getting the job. A Large project of footers, pavers, and a screen enclosure should require the same approach in my opinion. We always meet with the customer. To get a better idea of what the job entails, and to completely understand their vision. Josh refused to do calls for the most part, telling me I had to email him . Looking back at my emails and providing screenshots. I have contacted him back in 2021 when my neighbor had their patio done and he gave me the same lazy approach to Sales - refusing to call us back or come out for measurements . His conversations were short and brief, he may be the son of the owner or a relative. I really don't know nor care. But for the owner reading this review - the entitlement status in this company is what is hurting your business. after the 3rd or so estimate (still was NOT getting our design correct also with a 400% price increase of the exact design our neighbor has) we called the office to request a different sales person ...wanting to give this company the benefit of the doubt. An equally young and arrogant sales manager called and within the first two sentences of me speaking. He interrupted me three times almost wanting to argue. My husband jumped on the phone and said we will take our business elsewhere. Some may have had good experiences with Josh, but from our experience in the construction field he is taking an inactive, sluggish, and HANDS OFF role in sales. And mind you, this is a 5 figure job we are paying for. so we will happily take our business elsewhere, even if we have to pay more for less stress .

In July of 2023, we had our separate 1-car and 2-car garage floors finished by Tru Grit. The end…read moreproduct looked fairly good as long as you didn't look too closely. Some repairs after the initial installation were required which gives the floor an uneven look in some places. After the installation, the solvent smell in the 1-car garage never subsided making it impossible to be in that garage for any length of time. The 2-car garage did not have this problem. Tru Grit came back and added another topcoat in an attempt to eliminate the smell but that only helped slightly. After 3 weeks, the 1-car garage still had a fairly strong solvent smell. After 3 or 4 months, the smell did finally go away. The installation crew was sloppy. During the installation they marred the baseboards with their equipment which required touch-up painting in many places. They slopped the base coat on some of the shrubbery and ground cover. They dumped some sort of liquid in the grass in two different places which killed it, and they got some topcoat on the grass in a third place which also killed it. I had the curbing installed around the perimeter of both garages and they didn't do any preparation of those surfaces, covering blobs of left over sheetrock compound and caulk instead of first removing them. I also had them apply the basecoat to the threshold of the front door and they slopped it onto the door trim requiring significant touch-up painting. Tru Grit did offer to take care of correcting these items. Three years later, the floor looks pretty much like it did in the weeks after installation with one exception - The portion of the floor that is outside the garage overhead doors has yellowed quite noticeably. I noticed on their website in the Q&A portion that they don't actually answer the question as to how resistant the coatings are to UV exposure. The coating is still in place, but I am here to tell you, it DOES yellow over time.

We had to have a small section repaired about a year later (my fault) and Tru Grit was able to get it fixed in a little over 5 weeks from when we reached out. Visually it looks identical and you'd never know it was repaired other than a few rough spots they recommended we take a straight razor to. I'm a little disappointed that after paying for the repair, they asked us to finish the floor ourselves rather than sending one of their crew members over. That said, I understand they may have been busy with other jobs. Overall, we're very happy with the work and would absolutely recommend Tru Grit.
