I intentionally waited several months before writing this review because I wanted to see how…read moreeverything held up over time. We had our pavers cleaned and sealed last fall, along with having our windows and lanais washed, and we couldn't be happier with the results. After dealing with several other paver companies that either didn't follow through or left us disappointed, I was understandably hesitant. I explained our past experiences to Ben, and he was incredibly professional, patient, and thorough. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made us feel confident that we were in good hands. The entire team exceeded our expectations. Josh, the Production Manager, personally came out to inspect the project and made sure everything met their high standards. There were a couple of small details he wanted addressed, and he didn't hesitate to have them taken care of. That level of quality control and pride in their work really impressed us. Rob, one of their service technicians, was wonderful to work with as well. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, courteous, and professional from start to finish. Several months later, our pavers still look fantastic, and we're so happy we chose this company. It's refreshing to find a business that truly stands behind its work and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. I'm always looking for companies I can confidently recommend, and I would absolutely recommend them to my clients, as well as my family and friends. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

He noticed that the upstairs unit had quite a bit of disgusting matter, and he asked me for a broom. He took care of it all. He didn't need to do that, it was of his own accord, and didn't ask to be paid for that. He did a wonderful job with the Pressure Washing, and then also went above and beyond by drying a section of the patio that was off balance and had collected a puddle. He also pressure washed my daughter's window, and did an absolutely excellent job all the way around. I highly recommend DJ! He is very friendly, and a very, very hard worker. I asked for a handful of his business cards to pass them out for him, that's how good he is. I promise you won't be disappointed if you contract with DJ!

My screen room is small but summer storms were a possibility. The old screens were removed from the frame and my yard with no trash left behind. This is really appreciated. I have a native plant as a ground cover so trash can be hard to find or remove. The new screening is beautifully installed. I have replaced a couple of sections after hurricanes and this job was so superior. New door hardware was included and the job was not going to pass their installation until it closed fully. Success! I recommend Pease Screening & Aluminum for your needs. I'm sure my screen room will need attention again in the fierce central Florida sun. I'll use them again.

They came out the same day, identified additional screen issues and accommodated my request to address the other areas while they were on-site. They repaired the screens on our doors and lanais and custom-made new screens for our condo windows. The workmanship was detailed, professional and exceptionally high quality. Their prices were also very reasonable--even compared with purchasing replacement screens on Amazon. I am extremely pleased with both the service and the results and would highly recommend Pease Screening.

This is a response to your comment made on my original review. You stated that you "explained that…read moreadditional pressure could damage the deck and offered options for cleaning versus stripping." That's great, but you never explained that to me - probably because we don't have a deck. You also said, "When we checked with you before leaving, youmentioned everything looked great." No, I did not say this, because we were out of town. I only saw photos that you sent of the job. I expressed that I was concerned that I could still see large dark areas in the driveway, but it assured me that if was just because that some areas were still wet, and that's why it looked dark. I paid you regardless, because you didn't want to wait the 6 hours until we got home to see it. I'm not really sure why you would make up conversations we never had, but I also do still have the text messages if you want to push this any further. I dropped my rating to 2-stars, simply because you stated things that were not true.
