Fast forward, I called Creighton to replace the original awning and the sales person came to my house measured and sent me a quote. I was told the job would take about 8 weeks. They took my money (half up front) and 8 weeks went by so I emailed the sales guy. No responses... emailed again, he emailed me and said he would check with the factory and get back to me. Guess what, he never got back to me when I emailed him again he responded with "Nothing yet I will keep in touch". I emailed him back and ask for more details because "Nothing yet I will keep in touch" doesn't work for me. The next time I heard from him he was asking for the remaining balance of the job. He basically blew me off. 10 weeks later they finally came and installed my awning. During the installation I noticed the seams were glue not sewn like the first awning. Worst part the glue was all over the seams and looked terrible. I was told nothing could be done. I emailed my sales guy and told him I was not happy. Guess what, silence, my good old sales guy pulled the silence treatment once again. I guess he gets complaints all of the time and figures if he does not respond and does not have to deal with it. Bottom line, these guys are not focused on customer satisfaction. Most likely they are a small company and don't have the resources. I now know why when you sign their contract you will see text that states if you don't pay you're responsible for Creighton's lawyer's fees to collect. I'm sure this language was put in because I'm not the first unsatisfied customer. I would not recommend Creighton based on their lack of customer service skills and low quality products.

We were told once the deposit was received the materials for our pool enclosure would be ordered and an installation date would be set up. After 10 days we called and mail box was full. Could not leave a message. We understand that the owners wife had a health issue and went to the hospital. We were understanding. We called and finally got a hold of the owner and he said he hadn't been to the office after we were concerned that our check was not cashed. He finally cashed it on January 17,2025. We never received a date for installation and the materials were never ordered. We had our daughter and granddaughters b day coming up on March 19,2025 and nothing ordered. They knew we wanted everything done before March 2025. We requested our deposit back because no dates were set or the materials ordered. Once we wanted to cancel they said we can work you in the first week of March. We did not trust them and hired another company. They were Unreliable at this point. We were very patient! They didn't order the material and still would not give us our deposit back. We understand after the hurricanes they were backend up. No customer communication. They kept over $2600. Of our deposit, didn't give us a date to install, didn't order the materials and we had to call after 10 days of sending the deposit check He cashed our check and no materials or date set! I would not use this company unless you get a date set in writing. We were understanding about his wife's health issue but he was not towards us. They kept our deposit and we are looking into the legal process. We went through a lot with our roof , downed trees and pool enclosure destroyed from a pine tree. No sympathy our way! Avoid them if possible. We understand they have been in business for years but this is not right! We own 2 businesses and we work with our customers and community.
