I made myself available on weekdays for an in-person visit, received a quote, and even got a sample paver. I then went through the HOA approval process (which took a couple of months) and coordinated separately with a sprinkler company to prepare for the work. After approval, Claudia scheduled the installation for Easter weekend. However, when I reached out that Friday to confirm, Claudia said they wouldn't be able to come that weekend. Since then, despite multiple calls, texts, and even emails, she has not responded or provided any explanation. After months of coordination and what seemed like a confirmed plan, this lack of communication is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. At the very least, Claudia should have responded and explained the situation.

I left the bad review he notified my husband today that the remaining balance of $900 is due and it's not paid within 6 months he will see the lean against the property yet he hasn't even finished the job. I would not hire this man again and I recommend that no one else has him because he is inexperienced he has two 21 and 23 year old boys that he leaves on the job by their self and they don't know what they're doing any better than he does and he does.
