Everybody is a boss except when you are new. They do not have an HR department and also allow the employees to illegally accept items through South Shore Recycling, also their company, against state law regulations. The employee and manager i worked with drink alcohol on the job daily such as tequila and vodka then become against you when situations arise and they want to make the customer or other employee happy by accepting more than 2 batteries per person per day. I do not recommend this company. If they treat their employees poorly and do illegal activities, I want no part in that. I don't want to go to jail for a battery, lol. I can only imagine the relationships with their contracts. Probably why when you look them up, they have disabled any way to leave a review. The overall manager takes the word of employees who feel their job is at risk instead of having meetings and getting to the truth and bottom of the issue. She didn't care to hear anything myself, had to say yet all the meanwhile trying to get outside help to control employees from ganging up on her union style and help bring in more business by hiring outside assistance. The problem starts inside out. I know my worth and work hard. I'm not worried to lose a poor company but glad to be eliminated from a place who lacks lacks team work and team player stragedy, poor management ethics drunkards, made up scenarios and illegal activity. Glad to know I will not be participating in that and can go work for a more reputable company. .

Watwood came out shortly after an estimate and did a day's worth of work, but when the first heavy raid came, my erosion problem was worse than before when Watwood did their work (see photos). Now, I am going to have to pay another landscape company nearly $3,000 to correct the problem caused by Watwood. I've contacted Watwood multiple times, and each time he would tell me he is coming out in the next few days, but he never shows. The owner and his staff were quietly personable, and I'm so disappointed at how they left me hanging, having to go to another company and pay for the work again.
