I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with Foundation Master. Prior to purchasing my home, this company performed foundation work on the property. Recently, I noticed signs that the foundation is dropping again, so I reached out to them hoping they would stand behind their previous work or at least evaluate the situation. After multiple phone calls and emails, I initially felt like they might help. However, their final response completely changed direction. They stated they could not locate a full contract or warranty in their system (despite me providing documentation) and then explained that they now focus on larger-scale projects and are not taking on residential evaluations like mine. This was frustrating because they clearly worked on this home in the past, but now seem unwilling to even assess a potential issue with that work. The lack of follow-through and sudden refusal to assist left me feeling ignored and dismissed. As a homeowner, I expected more accountability and support--especially for prior work tied to the company. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this company make sure they keep thorough records and clearly understand what support, if any, will be available in the future. read more

We have a historic 90 year old home in central Florida on pier and beam with no crawl space underneath. We had major settling issues with cracked tiles in kitchen flooring, obvious out of level and square walls. We pursued repairs, of course insurance came out and denied any claim, so we got estimates that gave me nightmares. Jeff Earl, from Foundation Masters, was the only one who gave me hope this was fixable at a reasonable amount. He and his crew showed up on time each day, created an access hole to the foundation through the damaged kitchen floor. He raised the joists and poured new piers to support load bearing beams to support load bearing walls of second floor bringing it back to level. Although he had to raise it as much as 2 1/2" , the cracking in the plaster was very minimal and easily fixed by the painter. All this was accomplished in one week. Great Guys, Great Job, showing up on time each day and working diligently, no problems with them being on the property. No more nightmares-only sweet dreams! We were in the process of selling our house but knew we had some structural issues with the floors sloping and having cracks in the ceiling throughout the entire house. We called Foundation Masters and they were very attentive on scheduling an inspection and explaining to us what exactly was going on. With us primary living in the Northern States I was very hesitant on hiring someone as I would not be present while the work was being done, but Foundation Masters was more than trustworthy. They sent updates with pictures and videos as they completed the work. They were very communicative and knew I chose the right company to complete this project. They truly are the company to go with when dealing with structural issues as they are an engineering company and offer a limited lifetime transferable warranty on their work. My house sold within days of the work being completed and a major part of the sell was due to the foundation warranty. I can not thank Foundation Masters enough for the work they have done. I highly recommend Jeff and his team at Foundation Masters. We needed repairs to a failing retaining wall on a home we were purchasing. Fortunately, where other companies only saw problems, Jeff had solutions. He worked diligently with us to determine the best options for keeping our pool secure on our sloped property while still preserving my paver walkways and stairs. I own a home on Clearwater Beach that was built on concrete columns, and the columns were settling and leaning. My wife was afraid to stay in our home. I called a structural engineer to do a inspection and provide a set of repair plans, the engineer referred me to Foundation Masters. The owner Jeff Earl came out, he immediately checked the depth of the pilings. The pilings were only 5 feet deep, they installed temporary shoring. Jeff came up with a repair plan to pier each column, the piers and brackets were made onsite i watched jeff weld everything together WOW very neat to see. Jeff came to our house within a few days after I called the office was very thorough in explaining the process he would use to repair our foundation. My property and on site facilities must be compliant to State regulations. The engineers of Foundation Masters came up with a fix which was well within our budget.
