First thing the technician said was, these springs are wrong, one was a 242 and the other a 250. Said they should both be 250's. In essence the 242 is a small spring. So Banko, whether on purpose, or by accident installed the wrong springs. This is 100% what led to the premature failure of the sping. Bottom line, AVOID BANKO. I feel they do this on purpose to cause premature failure in order so you call them more often than you should. I reached out to Banko, I'm awaiting a call back from a manager.
