My husband and I tried to save a few dollars and it ended up costing us not only more money but also a lot of mental anguish. Then came two angels from Salt & Pepper construction-Nadav and Nathan! From the very first moment, we felt a real connection and a sense of ease. We add an additional floor to the house and it was definitely not an easy project but they handled every part of it professionally and with so much care. They added their own unique touch, guided us through the design and helped bring our vision to life. Our new master suite feels like a luxurious hotel room! Thank you for making our dream come true and giving us peace of mind, even when unexpected challenges came up. We will definitely use your services again in the future!

Could not have been more pleased with Jonathan and Premiere Builders. After a "not-so-good"…read moreexperience with another highly recommended contractor, we called Jonathan. From the first meeting, it was obvious that Premiere Builders was different. Jonathan presented ideas for our kitchen remodel that were in keeping with what we desired, at a price that was very reasonable. The crew that performed was more than competent and, unlike the previous contractor, they showed up every day. The job was completed within the time-frame promised, and the quality of work was exceptional. Shimi, the project manager, was on top of everything and easy to communicate with. He kept us informed in every respect concerning the job. We had only planned to remodel the kitchen, but we were so pleased with everything, we decided to use Premiere to remodel the guest bath, half bath in garage, paint the entire house and garage, install crown molding in the den, replace tile on the front patio, and paint all doors, both inside and out. I would highly recommend Premiere Builders for any remodel, large or small.

The a/c was not part of the project but before they started the 16y/o system went out. I reached out to Shimi late Friday and he had people come out and assess the problem and it was replaced on Saturday. Amazing!!! The rest of the scheduled project was equally successful. They showed up when they were suppose to and Shimi was always available. I've never had such a positive experience with any contractor. Highly recommend Premier and Shimi.

Dave and Elite Marine recently completed a repair of our lift after a gearbox failed. He was out…read morethe same day I called and even gave us the option to have the lift repaired in 2 days. We mulled over the option of replacing the whole lift or just replacing the gearboxes and motors on our current lift. The prices for the repair were very reasonable and I decided to go that route. After deciding and giving Dave a call the new parts came the next day and were installed that afternoon. Dave even gave me the names of some electricians to wire up the new motors. The electrical company came out the same day as the install and worked with the Elite Marine staff to get the new motors working. Given the excellent service I also had them replace my cables given they were damaged. After installing the cables they greased all the parts of the lift. Really outstanding service all around. Elite Marine went above and beyond for this repair. I will definitely use them again for any maintenance or repair of my lift. I highly recommend.
