The later years of Ted seem to be weighing heavily on the quality of his work…read more I am not satisfied with his results and what is represented on his website is what you call cherry picking. The cost of the project, when you break it down, shows that a good portion of that cost goes to somewhere other than the work being done or the cost of materials. When you pay over 10k for a project then you expect a professional job and not the bare minimum then the rest disappear. These are my opinions and experience. Your results may be different. I feel the job was rushed, corners cut and again. When you pay a lot of money then you would expect at least 3/4 or more of that finance to go towards labor and product. Heck, If I can earn $4,000 or more just by making a few phone calls... Order and deliver some wholesale pavers, hire someone to remove old concrete, A team of foreign laborors from South America, then count me in but that is exactly my experience. So let's just say I refuse to hire this company again and leave it at that.

Update: 5 minutes after I posted this AJ is threatening me via text…read more Where do I start? First, both fixes for plumbing leaked. One got fixed the other did not. I understand that workers have lives and that stuff happens but in the course of my dealings with this business, the plumber hurt himself on a four wheeler and couldn't walk, missing a week. Then he finally returned and worked for one hour. I have not seen him since and that was three weeks ago. Unfortunately I gave him a window to return to Home Depot and my card. He never did this because he got the opportunity to buy a bike or something. He said he would return the next day but his truck broke down and honestly he never returned. He returned the window and card at midnight two weeks ago without doing the Work, and the window was damaged when brought back. To pay them, you have to go to a third party and I paid $980 and $1500. I would say I got about $600 of decent work from this business. I was told I would get no refund and that "you better not touch my Yelp review" but the truth is that buyer beware with this business. I depend on Yelp and I found them here so you should know that this can happen to you too. I feel that the truth is more important than threats, however they obviously know my address. My role in this mess is that I was too nice and too trusting. I understand that things happen, but this was a very big financial loss for me while I had to hire others to fix the messes this business left me with. No I do not recommend them.
