Guy Gyorkos and his company are outstanding. We bought a home that needed to be re-stuccoed…read morebecause the previous owner had used a cheap bonding agent. The stucco was cracked and falling off the house in pieces. Guy and his company were a pleasure. He is easy to work with, explains what he is doing, charges a very fair price for his work, and his men are cooperative and clean up after their work. Guy gave us creative ideas on our new gutters and drainage system to stop the rain run-off from undermining our foundation. He suggested a decorative piece over our front door that added greatly to the appearance of our home. Guy backs up his work and came to improve a wooden ceiling over our front door he had installed without further charges. Guy is a friendly, down to earth, honest and trustworthy man. You cannot go wrong in employing him to do your job.

We called 3 different contractors , one was a high pressure salesman who gave me a bad feeling , another was a professional sales person from a leading local company . Both of these came back with bids that were thousands above Alex. We put the bids together from all 3 condos ,my friend had the same results on his 2 condos. We talked about Alex and felt more comfortable dealing with him and his company Stormstrong . Not only was Alex the salesman but the installer . Nothing but a great experience at least give Stormstrong a chance to bid on your next project and see if you also have that feeling about him.

BEWARE OF JAC BUILDERS ROOFING After Hurricane Milton, I…read morehired JAC Builders Roofing to replace my roof. They quoted me $28,700, and completed the job in February 2025. From the ground, everything looked fine... until I had to climb up in July to clean out the gutters near my pool cage. That's when I discovered something shocking: They only did part of my roof. The section over the pool lanai -- which is fully attached to the house -- was completely untouched. Even worse, my old roof is tan and the new roof is black, making it painfully obvious once you're up there. How do you "replace a roof" and leave part of it off -- without telling the homeowner? ________________________________________ More Issues I Found: * While installing the new drip edge, they cut slits down the backside of the gutters, almost to the bottom of my gutters in 4 different places. * In one section, they nailed the gutter through the drip edge 3 times -- leaving two exposed holes. * Their "solution"? Someone came out and smeared caulk in the slits. That's it. The Response (Or Lack of One): I contacted Chris, the person who gave me the estimate. He tried blaming the insurance company. But let's be clear: JAC gave me the estimate (Nowhere mentioning flat section was excluded). My insurance paid the estimate -- in full. In fact, they paid $37,240, including $8,540 for two tarps that I never got to keep and my deductible. When I sent a detailed letter directly to the owner, Joshua Colon, I received no response at all. My Take: As a homeowner with no background in roofing, when I'm quoted for a full roof replacement, I expect the whole roof -- not just the parts they feel like doing. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. To say I feel misled is more accurate. Final Word: In my opinion, JAC Builders Roofing is dishonest, unprofessional, and lacks accountability. I urge fellow homeowners to think twice -- or better yet, run -- before trusting this company with your home. Don't let what happened to me happen to you.

I cannot say enough about these outstanding and professional owners, Phil and Stacy…read more I needed a complete remodeling of a villa my husband and I just purchased. We are not from the area but heard about this company through a neighbor. I called the owner Phil and after speaking with him on the phone scheduled an appointment for him to come asses the project. We immediately knew we were in good hands after talking with Phil. He truly listened to our wants and needs, asked great questions and gave us some interesting choices to consider. What a wonderful experience. We watched in awe as he went into action measuring the place, and jotting down notes. He then returned with various reasonable estimates and we had full confidence we were going to be happy with our decision to completely remodel the place before moving in. We knew we were in honest professional hands the minute we met and once he started working on the project we were sure. He and wife Stacy have such a good eye for style. They were so patient helping us choose cabinets, vanities, flooring, wall tiles, hardware, faucets all the overwhelming choices associated with a complete remodel. Phil was meticulous in the way the entire evaluation of the project went. He is an experienced 'licensed' general contractor and it showed. He was on the job site everyday making sure things were done right and all the workers showed up and were doing what that were assigned. My husband and I are so delighted with the finished project and grateful for Phil and Stacy's hard work, patience and great suggestions in helping us make decisions along the way. We highly recommend 3D Building and Remodeling for all projects big and small. Thank you Phil and Stacy for making this a beautiful home for us to enjoy.
