I found that out of much later they came over and apologize and sent a gentleman from Fort Myers. They he's for the plastic resident trim off the frosted window that looked into the tub and told me oh by the way, you need a second code of mud on the throw. All I put up and he didn't put the drywall all the way around and left me a mess. Left the window undone. Left the tub and done. Left the sub floors exposed. I called. Company and their manager. Chad told me on the side. I said I did not. He was a goat employee. He came to give me a quote as a goat he was here. I asked if you get replaced my busted up bathroom I was asking him as a goat employee. You're not as a private person I don't know the man from anywhere change the toilet, which was no big deal OK job. I'll give you that. Not not a great job. I'm not a good job. Just OK. He also stole two $500 Apple advances from me and a $50 cash advance from Apple. He told me he needed that. I find out after the fact here for the whole time except for the library last the goat company truck in and a company uniforms that he was expired. And he's done the same I put pictures of my yelp and I'm looking for them because it was horrifying. I had a Contractor who lives gonna become with it and he goes. This is horrible. They need to come make this right. I called the goat, plumbing, out sent Kyle put the tub in. Nothing is my shower all level. They just don't wanna take the time. He said we Don or and we don't walls around the unit and we also onto the window. Resident that rush. The window that looked and with part of the set up the shower set up. Well first plumber. Told said they did everything. Or I would never have agreed to this job. I'm 73 and I'm Social Security. My $4000 job is turned into a $10,000 out that I cannot afford. I live right in a 55+ community right on the water and we were two hurricanes in a row and I have been slowly digging my way out years. Trying to get my place for back together. It is my retirement help. I do not have homeowners insurance because they do not give them on mobile homes. My mobile home is basically brand just a chassis, the iron very strong. Was putting 8. I had to replace the water, vapor etc. etc. I'm a far away from being done. I want them to give me back with the money I gave them because I afford to them this kind of money. I found a wonderful man from my church who has a commerciompany and he sent guys over to work. They they did do a wonderful job .I want my money back from them and they will not give it back to me. Kyle mgr Goat Plumbing Co took my tub . He said I won't be able to get anything for it and a week later I get a phone call. Oh guess what? I can'give you $700 for your tub as they able to get it back from Home Depot for you.. I want rest of my moneys. Kyle from Fort Myers of goat, plumbing Company. The night. He left here. I had to write a check for $2000. I've had $ 2000 before but I wasn't sure if I gave them the extra 210 if i did not . I said I will go you $2000 because they know I'm very prompt about paying my bills . I want that Money back, they still have my money and I've had to pay another 1500 to the other company that did the job and fixing the disaster and I'm very upset about and he told me that night. When I said I will just send in the 210 into the company. He said if you don't write that check for $2210 tonight. I am going to tear out your bathroom. Everything I did. I should've let them do it. It would've done me a huge favor and I am very upset and I want justice Constance C

Starting with the friendliest and most astute phone representatives I've experienced. They were so polite and accurate, assuring me throughout the entire process that i was in good hands. I felt the value of this. Erika, Akira & Cheniya will absolutely blow you away. Within a very reasonable amount of time I was greeted with a extremely energetic and fantastic service supervisor Robert M and Josh D. They were absolutely astonishing and fully prepared. After a thorough diagnostic of my AC system, Robert proceeded to explain with friendliness and no pressure the option I had to resolve my issue. Within 1 hour I was back in business and my AC system was working better than it ever had before. He preformed a full maintenance, cleared my drain line, washed my outdoor and indoor coils and sanitized my inside unit. The charge for this service was truly as fair as it gets. I cannot stress enough the tremendous value this company brings to me and my family as a homeowner in Florida. Thank you Expedited Heat and Air, from the bottom of my heart!

I was frantic and quite worried. We'd been without hot water for a week and cold showers really are no fun. I checked Yelp and found Curtis Plumbing. When I first called no one answered, so I hung up and just decided to deal with it the next day. About 15 minutes later Curtis calls and asked me if I needed plumbing services. I explained my situation and how id already been let down by two contractors. Not only did Curtis express empathy but he also said he could be out the next day. The next day came and he was on time. He explained this was a big fix and would take a few hours to complete. Curtis did not have enough gas line to fix the issue, but he did cap the current line and cut flow to the kitchen so we could have hot water in the meantime. He ordered the roll of flex line and came out as soon as it came in. Curtis did a phenominal job without destroying my kitchen. I recommend Curtis Plumbing to anyone. Honestly, he is the most honest contractor we've ever had. He didn't try to upsell us on unnecessary stuff...did not mislead us and above all did quality work. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. It is so difficult to find honest contractors who do quality work.

Anthony agreed to come out and fix it. We were surprised it was leaking so quickly after replacement. he said he would not charge us but that it would be the last time. After that we would have to pay all over again. On October 27, 2025, and Sprinklers came out to do normal maintenance on our sprinkler system and the backflow valve was leaking just as it had when Anthony replaced it and then fixed it eight months later. The backflow valve appeared to be very old according to the technician. When Anthony said he replaced it in August 2023, I did not retain the part. This time I will retain it. This repair is quite expensive. My bill today including some other adjustments was $895. I'm writing this to advise you that if you use Curtis Plumbing, retain the parts that they replace. I'm still not convinced that Anthony ever replaced the backflow valve in the first place.

After pretty much a total remodel of both bathrooms and…read morethe kitchen, we experienced a homeowners nightmare...a plumber was doing periodic maintenance on our cast iron infrastructure when a pipe broke. After analyzing solutions with them, which included knocking out walls in both bathrooms, the owner handed us off to APEX. Joe and Mike came over to the house and examined what we had & took pictures. After running cameras through everything, they developed a hybrid solution that involved undermining accessible pipes and replacing with minimal intrusion as well as refurbishing and epoxy coating the remaining small segments of cast iron that would remain. Joe sat down at our dining room table and mapped it all out; showing us video of each problem point as well as what was salvageable & gave us a price. We signed off on it. With much apprehension on our part knowing our home was about to be dissected, Elliot and John arrived to start work. They were prompt, respectful, & empathetic to our dilemna. They were also insistent about putting protective paper down everywhere they worked to protect the flooring. At the end of the day, they swept, vacuumed, and mopped any debris that was remaining. This was the standard throughout the entire engagement. Their workmanship and attention to detail was spot on. All of Joe's guys were phenomenal. John, Elliot, Matt; I cannot remember all their names, were consummate professionals of the highest degree. I would not hesitate to recommend APEX Plumbing.

I get that. NEVER TOLD ME. 2) Broke my gas pipe underground when digging. Mistakes happen. I get that. NEVER TOLD ME. I had to call them to find out why my gas was turned off 2 days later. 3) They propped my gate open to work. Left it that way when they left. My dog ran away. There are 2 signs saying to close the gate. 4) Scheduling nightmare. 5) They moved my hot tub to get to the area of work. They placed the cord on top of the cover. It rained. Broke. Mistakes happen. I replaced it. Then, when they finally came to fix another mistake they made... they left the cord on the cover exposed in a rain storm, AGAIN. I replaced it AGAIN. 6)They filled the hole on my patio with cement. It looked like a child did it. It was a quarter inch to half an inch higher than the rest of the patio. I called and complained. Sent them photos. They assured me they would fix it. It took them almost 2 weeks and 10 phone calls. 7) There's was a fan outside. They used it when filling cement in the hole they dug. Thats fine. Cement was left all over the new fan. 8) With the city program, they were to restore my property of how it was. They removed pavers and just left in a pile. STILL NOT RE-INSTALLED. 9) My home is old and didn't have a clean out. They tell me they need to install one. Great. They tell me, "It will look bad if we put it on the patio. After inspection, we will move it off the patio. Are you okay with that? We take pride in our work." I said "Whatever you think is best. Thanks." Where's is the clean out? In the middle of the patio. They never should have offered to put the clean out else where, if they weren't going to follow through. AND to offer doing something after a city inspection was sketchy. They are 100% not abiding by the city in most likely the majority of jobs performed.
