Here's an example how he's good and thinks out of the box. I bought the suggested Sonos sound bar mount but he suggested using his since the sound bar can move with the TV once we swivel it. If he used the Sonos mount, it was stay on the wall. He also suggested using the supplied HDMI cord Sonos supplied versus the 3rd party I got from Amazon. The guy on the phone said he has a key-fob expert, asked for my name and number, and I was amazed when "Mike" called, asked me a series of questions PROVING HIS EXPERTISE. He told me exactly what I'd need when he came out, and I called the following day. He plugged in a device that "reads" the signal from my key fobs, and told me he thought he could fix it. And 5 minutes later, he re-programmed my fob!! Their fees are incredibly reasonable and they saved me $350 from having to go to the dealer!! Mike is AWESOME! SECURITY LOCK SYSTEMS ARE AWESOME! They are a third party. We recently purchased our home. He said that our real estate company paid for the installation and the equipment. Our realtor had no idea about this deal, when we later asked them about it. He got us on the hook for a 36-month contract and was rushing to get a technician out to do the install the same day. After looking at the contract and seeing some inconsistencies that set off red flags, as well as poor online reviews, we decided to cancel. The number listed on the contract to cancel sent us to ADT and they couldn't help us. We got back in contact with the dealer and were able to cancel, but they did not send the cancellation in writing (another red flag). Overall, it was a shady experience and we are glad we cancelled before we owed a ton of money. DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE IN YOUR HOME.
