Best place if you're looking to salvage your phone, information, photos etc. They back it up prior to repairing it! They also fix iPads, and lap tops. Bobby the tech does wonders. There is a reason they are the cheapest in town. Brought my phone in with a cracked screen but everything still working. He gives me the phone back with a new screen and when i got it home the buttons didnt work. He claimed glass got in the lcd and ruined it when he heated it up. I brought it back on saturday morning at 10am and left it there until 4pm. When i came to get it they did not have the part and told me to come back Monday at 1045am and it would be a quick fix. When i called monday at 1045am the guy wasnt even in yet and still no part. They didnt get the part in until 130pm and it took him 40 minutes to fix it. I received zero discount for the hassle and unprofessionalism. Worst yet when i got it home the screen was popping up so i had to bring it back for more glue. Worst cell repair place ever. Stay away from this place. Washington Heights style hijack, they hack your phone and clone it, then all your accounts start sending you e-mails alerting you that someone is trying to change your passwords. Husband has a broken screen and I went to get it replaced, they fixed it in one day but then the next day when he tried calling someone and put the phone on speaker it did work. He would have to take it off speaker to use it. They fixed one thing but broke another thing. Good job with the screen but they broke something else read more

The worst cell phone repair I've ever had done....IN MY LIFE. Charged me 235 dollars to fix my lcd and front glass screen on my Samsung Galaxy s7, it was local to my work so I figured why not even at that cost. They replaced my screen with an inferior Chinese made screen that broke a week later from just dropping it onto carpet. The lady who did the work had no idea how to properly Remove the adhesive. They destroyed the color around th edges and cracked the back of my phone which wasn't even broken in the first place then tried to charge me to fix it. What a scam! Then after all that the manager tried to make me give them a 5 star review on here almost forcing me too. I had to pretend I was doing it while she was watching on my backup phone to get my fixed one back that she was holding. These people are what the model of a bad business is. Also they had to erase their old yelp account because of people exposing them on forced reviews with bribery of 10 dollars or all the people complaining. If it was possible to not give a star at all I would. I'll keep it short. I brought it in just for glass repair guy said no problem. Give them a day they're busy so I waited and received no phone call the next day. So I had my girlfriend go in and pick up the phone for me. She calls to tell me the screen is cracked. The lady gets on the phone with me and was absolutely rude and said it was like that. I said why would I get glass replaced over a crack screen? That doesn't make sense. After the lady continues to argue with me and my girlfriend tells me they do the best of their abilities and they don't do glass repair and saying the guy told me that. I said you advertise glass repair and that the guy never said anything. I have never been treated so rudely and handled so poorly. Plus not to mention they broke my lcd. I have tried contacting customer service and haven't received a response. This was a nightmare and wouldn't recommend anyone to go here. They will break your screen try and say you did it and then do nothing about it. What a shame. This is just not good business. I will be looking to pursue this further. They shouldn't be able to get away with breaking the screen and ignorant behavior. Please take it somewhere else. I have sent them two emails to which I have received no response. Also I have called and the same lady got on the phone. Was argumentative and told me to hold on and then mysteriously the phone hung up. I tried to call back and there was no answer. Rather than just admit fault and say we screwed up lets make it right. She rather argue and not take responsibility. I even sent out to samsung to ask what their thoughts were. The told me that the place I had taking it to had bent and cracked the lcd when trying to replace the glass. I guess this is just their way of getting more money out of the consumer. read more

I brought my phone here to replace the charging port. Since the phone was not charging properly the battery died right before I got there. My phone never worked again after I dropped it off. They told the guy who was working there messed up a bunch of phones and another guy from Miami had to come to try to fix them. Every time I went back to check the status of the phone they had a new reason why the phone didn't worked. At the end he told me there is no way to fix the phone. Mean while throughout the month of trying to figure out what went wrong with the phone when my only complain was the charging port; They kept trying to sell me their unlocked phones. A part of me felt like maybe they permanently ruined my phone so I'll be forced to purchased one of theirs. They even offered me $20 for keep my phone for parts. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. I went in to replaced the charging port and the phone never worked again. read more
