She started by telling me I should not put the soap in the front area of the soap holder or dispenser on the machine--I already knew that and so didn't respond because she always tells me not to do that every time I come in there. Her tone was very rude and seemed almost like she wanted to start something...? I ignored her and she basically said: Did you hear me, I'm talking to you! I have NEVER in my life, anywhere, been treated like that by an employee of a business. I replied, Yes, I know, you tell me that or something else every time I come in here. Then, to add insult to injury, she replied, Why do you keep putting the soap in the wrong place? So that pissed me off and I said, Look, I just want to do my laundry in peace and it appears you're picking on me for some reason. In short, we got into it and she ended up calling the police because we had a nasty verbal exchange. This is one of the rudest employees I've ever encountered in my life! It was almost as though she didn't like me personally for some reason and decided to reverse being a racist towards me. Again, I will never go there again. I just want to do my laundry and do not need an employee there harassing me while I'm doing my laundry. I don't talk to anyone and clean up my mess. I will be telling everyone I know NOT to go there. I have dealt with Caroline and she always ensures she gets the job right the first time and she's always on time with the estimate that she gives me. Now, I will say it's like everywhere else you go you have to stand and wait in line for your turn. My items were packed in a brown box with no shipping labels sealed with tape they refuse to help me do anything made me go all the way home to get another box not to mention I had to wait 20 minutes for the manager to come out of the bathroom to speak with her, and she was very rude. The employees were large Caroline who stayed in the bathroom for 20+ minutes and Donald who informed me he didn't care about reviews cause he worked here 6 years and large Caroline 20 years and I see why they have such a low rating and many complaints , it obviously does no good but I'll finish my story anyway , so I go home get another box to combine my already packaged boxes in and get to the counter and Donald says because the end of the box wasn't taped well I had to buy a roll of tape, he refused to just put a small piece of tape on the box . He charged me $4.25 for a roll of tape for a small tiny peace or refused to mail my item, I usually use the UPS on Cortez Boulevard in Brooksville and the girls there are so helpful and accommodating , I can't believe the difference in the 2 stores . I'm not tech savvy and the girls at the other place are amazing. I've never had a problem returning anything from Amazon in any of the boxes and if I have something not right, they jump right in and help you in fact, I'm gonna leave them a great review after this because I'd much rather write a good review!
