Two days later and my package - which should have been delivered yesterday according to the staff where the package was posted and paid for - is actually farther away from it's destination now than where it started. Almost 1000 miles out of the way, and for what? If there was a shipping hub I could see it, but it's in middle of nowhere NJ and STILL not in the custody of the USPS which is the service that is supposed to be shipping it. I have to update my review of Goin Postal. First off, they moved a couple stores down in a much larger space. I will post a picture of their new business card and the new address in front. It's not hard to find. They sell lottery now. Anyhow, open the pictures and you'll see that they're getting back to having all the good old knickknacks they had before. You know it's the best place to come if you're going to ship something UPS FedEx or USPS. Love the store. read more

not sure what kinda of fraud this locatin for U-Haul is committing but committed with somebody else's money, not mine. You give out false information charge my card and then I wanna play dumb as if you have no idea what we're speaking about.! and the gentleman Jonathan has no kind of customer service skills is very rude. The minute U-Haul transfer me over to the location to speak with them. The first thing he states to me on the call " so what exactly do you have a problem with?" not even a high how can I help you or what seems to be the issue that I can assist you with just straight rude the same way he was rude when we went to go pick up the rental! I will be contacting every social media platform as well as my bank and any other banks that will listen about location! actually this please they lost some of our mails the website says that they already delivered one week ago but its a miracle that its not there! everything our address is right included the box number but I didn't get it. maybe they are not making a inventory first before they intertain the customer or they are tired doing their work! please and hope not all the customers didnt get this kind of problem. used this company a few times with no problem. hubby shipped package to indiana on 7-31. never arrived. shows label created but no pick up scan from FedEx. one blaming the other. goin postal says FedEx picked up without scanning, FedEx says they never picked up. somewhere there is a thrift. will not use them ever againBEWARE read more

This is a pleasant place to enter, seems like it's family run because they put such pride in their job. They offer a little bit of everything and conveniently they can send faxes out for consumers, which is great for me since I am wearing many hats at the moment. They are friendly and informative and usually have traffic and stay busy at a nice pace, but still able to provide customers with great service and assistance. Very nice people, in a great location for me. They are in the same strip Mall as Big Lots and the new Harbor Freight Tools. Behind the A&W Restaurant on Rt. 19. I like to drop off my pre label Fed-Ex with them, and they are very nice about it. I also like the fact that the parking area looks full but they have their own special reserved parking spots right in front. These guys handle UPS and DHL Worldwide also. They have Mailboxes, sell stamps, have a Notary, they will Fax paperwork for you. Of course they have whatever shipping supplies you would possibly need too. I would give it 5 stars but their Showroom Section is a little small up front for the number of customers they get in the Winter with all the Snow Birds. read more

They've met all of my service needs this year and there were many; faxing, copies, ups/usps shipping, printing copies, buying stamps, etc. Once, I dropped in just to buy a raw honey in their store.
