I have used this UPS store which is actually out of my way but I found it to be the best UPS store…read morearound this area. I have ordered business cards, seminar packet, name tags, Key chains and license plate holders. I have dealt with Caroline and she always ensures she gets the job right the first time and she's always on time with the estimate that she gives me. Now, I will say it's like everywhere else you go you have to stand and wait in line for your turn. Sometimes you're lucky and no one's there and other times there's five people in front of you but that's just business that happens at every store everywhere.

I always try to write most positive reviews and uplift, small businesses or people. However, the…read moretwo people working at this UPS store are very rude and unwelcoming. Not once did either of them crack a smile or try and be helpful. I bought two large frames from Amazon that I needed to return. Amazon told me to put them in a brown box without any previous shipping labels which I did.. I brought them to this UPS store and they told me that they couldn't use the box that they were in that it needed to go into another box which I've never heard of because I've mailed tons of stuff back to Amazon and never once had a problem. My items were packed in a brown box with no shipping labels sealed with tape they refuse to help me do anything made me go all the way home to get another box not to mention I had to wait 20 minutes for the manager to come out of the bathroom to speak with her, and she was very rude. The employees were large Caroline who stayed in the bathroom for 20+ minutes and Donald who informed me he didn't care about reviews cause he worked here 6 years and large Caroline 20 years and I see why they have such a low rating and many complaints , it obviously does no good but I'll finish my story anyway , so I go home get another box to combine my already packaged boxes in and get to the counter and Donald says because the end of the box wasn't taped well I had to buy a roll of tape, he refused to just put a small piece of tape on the box . He charged me $4.25 for a roll of tape for a small tiny peace or refused to mail my item, I usually use the UPS on Cortez Boulevard in Brooksville and the girls there are so helpful and accommodating , I can't believe the difference in the 2 stores . I'm not tech savvy and the girls at the other place are amazing. I've never had a problem returning anything from Amazon in any of the boxes and if I have something not right, they jump right in and help you in fact, I'm gonna leave them a great review after this because I'd much rather write a good review!

1 STAR -- Extremely Unprofessional Experience With the Notary…read moreI have been a customer of this UPS Store for approximately four years, but my experience with the notary, Jayden, on September 9 was by far one of the most unpleasant and unprofessional customer-service experiences I have had at this location. My wife and I came in to have several documents notarized. During the process, I noticed that Jayden appeared unsure about where the notary information belonged on one of the forms. I am also a notary, and knowing that some forms can be confusing, I simply pointed out where I believed the information went. I was trying to be helpful--nothing more. Jayden immediately responded in a condescending manner, saying words to the effect of, "It's amazing how people like to tell me how to do my job." I was honestly taken aback. My wife noticed his attitude as well. Rather than argue, I immediately apologized and explained that I was not trying to tell him how to do his job and was only trying to help because I understand that not every form is straightforward. Unfortunately, that did not end it. Jayden continued arguing with me and displaying an unnecessarily rude and confrontational attitude. At one point, I actually had to ask him if he was going to keep continuing. His demeanor made both my wife and me extremely uncomfortable. Despite his behavior, I thanked him when we were finished and apologized once again. I received no courtesy in return. The difference in customer service the following day could not have been greater. On September 10, I returned with another document and was assisted by Destiny, who was friendly, helpful, courteous, and completely professional. She demonstrated exactly how a customer should be treated. Because of what happened the previous day, I called the store on September 10 and asked to speak with the owner. I was initially told that the owner was helping a customer. I provided my name and telephone number and was told she would get back to me when she was finished. After approximately an hour without a return call, I called again. Eventually, a gentleman came on the phone whose voice I recognized as Jayden's. I again simply asked to speak with the owner. This time I was told that the owner was on vacation and would not be back for two or three weeks. That was confusing given what I had been told earlier when I first called. Rather than continue going back and forth, I decided to document my experience publicly. Customer service matters. A customer should be able to politely ask a question or offer information without being met with sarcasm, hostility, or an argumentative attitude--especially when the customer immediately apologizes for any misunderstanding. I have patronized this location for four years, which makes this experience particularly disappointing. Destiny deserves recognition for the professional way she treated us. Unfortunately, my experience with Jayden was the complete opposite. Management should seriously address how customers are spoken to and treated. There was absolutely no reason for a routine notarization to become such an uncomfortable and unnecessarily confrontational experience. One star based on my experience with Jayden and the way my attempt to speak with management afterward was handled.
